Hey guys. Got a draft in about an hour and was wondering what you guys would reccomend to have on hand while I draft? I'm a huddle subscriber. Definitely the tier list right? Anything else? I've been slacking with my research this year but usually I'm on top of everything

Thanks,

George

Huddle's cheat sheet is a requirement

-list current ADP's next to guys' names

-I also like to key which guys have a good and bad strength of schedule for their position, guys with a good schedule get an "S" in green ink next to their name, guys with bad schedules get a red ink "S". I do the same for offensive lines. Receivers on teams with an especially good pass blocking offensive line get a green "O", receivers with a bad OL get a red "O", backs with good run blocking OL's get a green "O", and so on.

Print up the NFL season schedule

Make a list of preferred backup's to your starting QB, one's with a good matchup during your starters Bye.

Make a list of good DST plays for the first couple weeks of the season if you don't land a top tier DST.

don't forget draft trending! Just knowing how people around you are drafting is valuable in making future picks.

Especially if you're in the middle. In the first 3 rounds, typically I'm seeing the slide tilt towards RBs with owners drafting 1 thru 6, WR heavy with owners drafting 7-12, etc. A lot of times you can anticipate the QB or TE trend and jump ahead of the pack.

  • 2 weeks later...

i do pretty good just wingin it haha. i do a lot of research before hand and pay attention to whos drafting what, but for the most part i dont use cheat sheets or anything. whoever said they mark teams with red & green ink for positives & negatives is a great idea and would be super handy. could you copy and send me a sheet my way haha.
