I need WR help is a Keeper League

Do I take this trade ?

I give up Chris Johnson and Arian Foster and DE Robert Quinn

I get Sammy Watkins and Allen Robinson and DE Cameron Wake.

My thinking Johnson and Foster are getting old and this is a keeper league I'm also deep at DE

I would still have the following RB's

Devonta Freeman

DeMarco Murray

Shane Vereen

Bishop Sankey

Alfrd Blue

Ameer Abdullah

and DE

Carlos Dunlap

Rob Nincovitch

Looks like you're getting the bad end of the deal to me

I tend to disagree.

If you're deep at DE and can take the hit, it's not a bad deal. Wake has sucked huge donkeyballz this season but could potentially rebound. Let's say he's in the #20 range overall DL. Quinn is top-3 at worst... so big hit there. But again, you're fairly deep at DL. Ninkovich is no spring chicken so you'd have to address the position in your draft or try and trade for a backup.

That said, if you're hurting at WR, Watkins is an upgrade from Foster and Robinson is a HUGE upgrade over Johnson.
