Would you do this trade for Gurley?

Redraft Non-PPR league. I am not the Gurley owner, but I am trying to get him.

I give: Dem Thomas & Doug martin
I get: Gurley

I'd like to get Broncos Def from him too, but I doubt he'd do it. I might ask for LaFell in addition to Gurley instead.

Do you think this is giving too much for Gurley? The Gurley owner is my main competition for the championship as well.

We start 2 WR, 2 Rb & 1 flex. I am set at WR w/AJ Green, A. Robinson & Julio Jones ahead of Thomas. I lost L. Bell & Foster so I would like to add a more solid RB. My RBs now are Blount, Martin, CJ2K, McFadden & West.

As someone that struggled early in the season thanks to poor RB depth that consisted of Alfred Morris, Abdullah and Mat Jones and has since climbed back into contention by being able to snag McFadden, West and Langford I can say for a fact that even though the NFL is a passing league, fantasy football is still RB centric. Therefore, if you can grab a clear RB1 like Gurley definitely do it.

I offered up in a thread yesterday Shady McCoy and Larry Fitz for Gurley, and nobody said yes to that. So this thread confuses me. I don't see Martin or Thomas currently being better than my 2, but a couple in here are saying they would take it? Ahhh lol

I think that McCoy and Fitz are a better combo than Martin and Thomas, especially with "manning"

How was that hard to give up for Gurley? Trade rape

I'm not as high on Gurley as most but the trade was to good to turn down. Gurley only gained 38 total yards after the first series vs the Bears. Still to good of an offer to turn down and I had the depth to step in and cover it. The team trading Gurly really needed WR help.

If you think you're smarter than everyone by not being as high on Gurley as everyone else....you're not

I should have said I'm high on Gurly, just think that the rest of the team might pull him down. Until they can have some success passing, he is going to be facing a stacked box. I made the trade and I'm glad to have him. I'm not expecting him to carry me to the championship either.
