That's what Sean Lee would have received. His contract included a bonus for number of games active and he would've receive a 2 million dollar bonus had he been active for today's game.

Ummm...he better find a way to get past that hamstring injury. He better drag himself or something. I'm sure his accountant is doing the math to see how many plays he needs today to make it to the 80% for the season.

I doubt it. The players union would all over that

I wouldn't be shocked though as Lee is always hurt and made if glass. The Cowboys could easily name a case that sitting him was in the best interest for him.

I don't know what motivated the Cowboys to deactivate Lee ... but his health is always an issue ... it is a very valid strategy to bench him in a game that means nothing to preserve his health.

 

Exactly, oh and btw, save 2 million.
