isleseeya
As a Giants fan I thank him for the 2 sb and his hard work. As a Giants fan I would drive him home tomorrow as we need a new coach ASAP and to fix the mess
Grits and Shins
I think you need a new GM as well ... I offer up Jerry Jones and company to help get the Giants on the right track ... take them ... Please

Shaft
He's done. I'm just not clear if they fired him or he stepped down. Different sources are reporting different things.
stevegrab
He's done. I'm just not clear if they fired him or he stepped down. Different sources are reporting different things.  The sources reporting he was being fired were always wrong. They Giants front office was going to allow him to resign, and he would take that over being fired. It was funny how he refuted reports he was resigning right after the game, then resigned the next day.  I did see this while at the NFL, Coughlin may not be done coaching http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000617922/article/tom-coughlin-im-not-necessarily-done-with-coaching  Also this link ranking the openings, Browns are not last http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000618044/article/ranking-nfl-coaching-vacancies-whats-the-top-job

isleseeya
Coughlin is nearly 70 years old. 3 sb and recognized as good solid football coach and good guy. Maybe it's time to go home , enjoy the wife and grand kids . Just my thought

It's all they know and it's hard to enjoy anything outside of that life.
