heehawks
Had to bring this up, now that the Smackbowl has been all locked up. I noticed that at least 17 entrants have Ricardo Lockette (SEA WR) as their choice for the NFC #4 receiver. He is on season ending IR, hence all those who have him will be getting a big fat zero from that spot. Not sure why many of my fellow veteran huddlers would not notice that? Now if someone wins the whole thing with him in their lineup, good for them and I deserve some smack talking right back at me, but in the meantime.... Smackbowl smackdown!! All in fun and good natured smack talking! (and now I find out that Lynch is out, so smackbowl smackdown on me!!) Shaft
A lot of people didn't change Lynch out of their lineup even after it was posted on the forum. Maybe they're hoping Seattle will win AND Lynch will return.
gilthorp
The goal is not to win.
isleseeya
Lockette is obviously the key to winning any of the prizes . Woe to those who have him in their line up
loaf
no idea who I have on my Smackbowl roster...they return after this week's games, don't they? After Wild Card scoring is finalized...that's what I remember
Shaft
I just know Walsh saved my chances with that missed field goal since I have like 5 Seattle players. LOL

That's easy to do with a last name so similar and the odds of them playing the same position on the same team. DMD
I will produce a "who had who" list after next week. It is a really big sheet. I can bring back that old thread but on some teams there were changes made after that by me in the clean up process for doubled names and missing positions. etc

Probably because most of us who aren't Seattle homers don't really follow who or what is the 4th string WR on that team, let alone realize he's been out since November (and I had to look that up just to see when it happened after you mentioned it). Also probably because of all the years of Smackbowl I can't recall one instance where DMD knowingly put an IRd player in the list. Blount isn't there, Bell isn't there, Graham isn't there, see my point? If this means that all of us who don't give a tinkers damn about the Seahawks during the season take a hit on that position, then so be it. It's a free game to have some fun with the post season, and I for one am not going to research some non-descript 4th string player to see if he's playing or not. And full disclosure, I'm one of those 17 you mentioned. I'm not going to walk around shaking my fist at the sky in anguish about it though.
