Gronk87
Why is he overlooked as a QB1? His numbers are identical to Blake Bortles
Shaft
He's not overlooked. I also don't consider Eli a QB1. This is the best 2 year stretch of his career, but QB1 is also about consistency. I consider him QB2 category, but after these solid 2 years thanks to OBJ, I may put him at the bottom of the QB1 tier. Who has Bortles as a QB1 after 1 good year? BIGDAWGS2
Bortles is a QB1 bottom tier only because he throws it 50 times. Bortles as a whole has better WR weapons and they play from behind a lot.
Gronk87
With Hurns and Allen Robinson balling the way they did, why not? It's the WR's that rank a QB in my book. Edited February 3, 2016 by Gronk87
Wpob
If Cruz comes back healthy or the Giants draft/sign an top WR, then I have Eli firmly as a QB1. He needs another scoring option besides OBJ for me to consider him anything more than a QB2.
BIGDAWGS2
Cruz will come back but, not for a whole season. I think they realized there RB mistake at end of season I hope. They need WR weapons and a better offensive line. I judge a QB1 on consistency. Out of 16 games csn only have 3 subpar games.
Gronk87
Eli Beckham had 14 touchdowns and Eli threw 35 touchdowns. I'm not sure why Eli is not a QB1 even with Cruz missing as many games as he did.
BIGDAWGS2
A QB1 gets you 16 points on his worst day.
Gronk87
Right! Eli is definitely a sleeper. I wont sleep on Edited February 3, 2016 by Gronk87
Montana is da Man
I don't consider him a QB1 because he had 2 games (at least) this season where he didn't throw a single TD. Bortles had 1 but it was in week 17 when most of us are done with fantasy.
