You're going about it all wrong. I had a similar problem. I would get up every morning wondering what to do about it. I thought about treatment, programs, retreats and I finally gave in and said f.. it. I'm a Cowboys fan, I will always be a Cowboys fan. As much as I try to cut down and be less optimistic, the more I believe we are going to the Super Bowl. So I decided that some program wasn't going to.........Huh ...........what......what was that? Ohhhhhhhhhh, $hit. Forget what I said above. Good Job buddy. Well done. Takes a lot of will power and strength to do what you have. Feel proud! You are in my prayers.
