MikeV99 Posted May 31, 2016 Share Posted May 31, 2016 Can't renew with a new credit card online anywhere. Can't get through to the ctdpay number. Don't want to send someone cc info that are impossible to talk with. Why make it so difficult to send you money for a renewal?? Link to comment

I thought that my username is my email-address, at least I use them to login to the page.But on the page "http://www.thehuddle.com/site/account_tools.php"I have to use my username AND my " Registered Email" ... and if I fill my email-address in both fields then the system throws an error "Invalid credentials". Maybe one of the admins can have a look ... is there any place AFTER Login (the login to the page works fine) where I can find the username ... ? Edited June 3, 2016 by micha47 Link to comment
irish Posted June 5, 2016 Share Posted June 5, 2016 Same problem here. Had to update my cc info bit couldn't do it here and when I called, it took me several tries to get through and then i got an absolute moron on the phone, it sounded like a hoax. I refused to give her my info. 1 Link to comment
micha47 Posted June 6, 2016 Share Posted June 6, 2016 Problem solved - the support gave me my username and so I was able to update my credit card information directly on the page. And it was my email-address, but the made a "refresh" to my account and after this it works ! Link to comment
