Perriman will meet with Dr. James Andrews next week to determine if he needs surgery, but is likely done for the year. It's another huge blow for the Ravens after Perriman lost his entire rookie season to a torn PCL. Perriman's injury should lock Steve Smith, Mike Wallace, and Kamar Aiken in as Baltimore's top three receivers. Received stem-cell injection today. Call me skeptical, but right now I would still not count on him this year. Just seems odd to go from "partial tear, season over" to "oh just needed the knee scoped and some stem-cells injected, be fine in a couple weeks".
