I know you lose your first, but you'd be drafting him in the 1st, anyway, in a 1 PPR league (unless you have the 1st or 2nd pick and either Brown or OBJ will also be available, in which case you could keep one of the other two and still grab Julio, Brown, or OBJ. I'm tempted to keep parker for the 19th, (just too much value) and hope julio is their when i draft in the first. 10 team league - 10 keepers, not a huge amount of talent being kept, if your drafting top 4 you may get him back. If you knew for sure you could get him back (like pick 1) then I would look at Parker. Otherwise, stick with the best. He is worth a top 5 pick.
