We pick our draft position, where ever you want (based on best to worse finish from previous year) then we have our Keeper Deadline shortly before the draft. is there any better way? Some people in our league mentioned doing the Keepers early then the draft order. But i think it helps better finishers from previous year with pick draft spot and also the injury factor. I agree. This year the draft position was determined first (based on the winner of our consolation bracket) then keepers were due. As stated above, this allows owners the opportunity to trade draft picks (which has already happened this year) to improve draft position or to acquire a draft pick they needed for a specific keeper.
