There was still a ton of WR value still on the board. I had Julio and Jordy already, but if I waited on rb, I would have likely had a rb2 as an rb1. Was facing the same decision at 3.... wanted Ingram who you snagged, will take McCoy as my consolation prize, but I had gone so far as to have Demaryius highlighted but couldn't pull the trigger since we require 2 RBs, even with the best ball nature of the league. Then following up with Cooper, then Watkins, is a formidable WR crew that is going to score alot of points. Â AP falling to 1.11 was a gift. Especially since we have to start 2 rbs. Â Although Jordy is coming off injury and hasn't had much of a camp yet, still a bit surprised he fell to 2.11. If he plays decent, a great pairing with Julio. I knew I wouldn't see him at 2.08 and he's in the same tier for me as Hopkins and AJG so it didn't feel like as much of a reach as it probably looks like when you consider ADP charts. WR is ultra important but I've found there is a HUGH group of WR2/3 types that have mad upside that could potentially put up WR1 type numbers. Â So, went with Gronk, hugh dice roll in Bell and Cam before my first WR (double dip with Benjamin). We'll see how it plays out. With best ball format, I'm not going to have to figure out which of my WRs break out. If I totally whiff, well then this team will suck. It ended up working. Unfortunately because of the consolidation of the leagues I can't go back and see when it was. Â It's fun to tinker in these types of leagues.
