robert terni
You would think this would raise his value since Eagles will be running more...Where do you rank him IF he stays healthy for full year in a PPR league? Could he be way under valued? Edited September 5, 2016 by robert terni
MothAudio
He's on my untouchable list. Been burned before. That's a big IF.
ThatDude
Drafted this weekend (Sat) in a 10 team appear league. I ended up taking him in the 9th round and will look to use him as a flex or bye week fill in
mdohertyjr
Took him in the 7th round - 10 team PPR - I also have been burned by him, and fully expect to be burnt yet again. BUT, the situation is a good one for him, and I am always a sucker to get screwed by Ryan.
loaf
I don't think it helps at all. I think defenses will be thinking run/screen
Scorcher
I waited too long and ended up with Mathews AS MY rb2 in one league. I handcuffed Barner.
Shorttynaz
I don't think it helps at all. I think defenses will be thinking run/screenThis. When they traded Bradford and are now starting a rookie - Matthews was someone I lost all interest in.
knight526806
This is a crutch argument. Ryan Matthews value doesn't change. You could argue that the Eagles will lean on him more to take pressure off of the rookie QB or defenses will now key in on the run. Nobody really knows. XFlash
quick dumps to RB or the TE. The usual until a rookie QB gets more comfortable throwing downfield (past 10-15yds). Â of course, the question is....how is PHI O-line? good protection?
MothAudio
I'm targeting Barner down the road.

loaf
It's the Browns week 1, Mathews should have a huge game. Just don't take this to mean anything
stevegrab
Wasn't really part of my plan before the draft but I'm buying into this PHI offense. Had Jordan Matthews as a keeper, drafted Ertz as my starting TE and a later flyer on Wentz as my QB3 and possible QB of the future. I'm hoping for a good things. Scorcher
Last draft was last night, 12 no ppr. I went Doug Martin and then WR,WR,WR, all the usual RB's were gone. Foster was available but I ended up grabbing Ware in the 6th rd of a 2 keeper team. I had to move into the next list of RB's to find him. I did it because I knew at least for the first week he would be solid. The rest of my RB's are lotto tickets; Booker, D Washington, Barner and R Wilson. Hoping some of my WR's stand out for trade bait. I am solid for week one, with Cooper and Marshall. If Ware pans out at least for the first couple of games I should be able to scramble get some better players.

While it's clearly apparent you did draft the greatest team in the history of ever - can I ask what this has to do with Ryan Matthews with Carson Wentz starting? Thanks in advance. Thanks in advance. Â Okay, I deserved that. I thought I was in the J Charles thread. If it decreases the sting at all I did draft Barner to jump in when/if Mathews goes down. If Wentz can't get a passing game going the opposing teams will focus on Mathews thus hurting his production and hastening injury. If Jordan Mathews is the focal WR then I don't see a lot going on in the passing game. Edited September 7, 2016 by Scorcher
