DoubleO9
More information is located here Andrew Luck- Week 2 Luck is going against up against that was one of the best against QBs last year, only allowing 19 TDs while having 14 intercepts. While week 1 Denver allowed Newton to throw for 194 yards with 1 TD and 1 Int. Denver sacked Newton 3 times and Carolina has a better O-line then what the Colts are going to be putting out there. Luck is going to have trouble stay up right the whole season. With Denver potent pass rush (Miller and Ware) the Colts could face issue keeping them off of Luck. While it is hard to bench Luck this matchup could pose a problem in Week 2. While Luck could but up decent fantasy numbers you will be taking a chance on him against a tough defense this week. Side note- Cam took a lot of hard hits some of which warranted flags but got none, the Colts are going to need to do everything in their power to protect Luck or he may face injuries and might not make it through the whole game. Sacked 2 in week 1 Alshon Jeffery- In week 1 Jeffery’s was targeted 6 times and had 4 receptions for 105 yards and in week 2 is going up against a Eagles defense that gave up the second most points to WR last season and allowed RG3 to throw for 190 yards and let a rookie avg 34 yards a reception. Cutler is going to continue to throw it to his star WR. While this matchup is favorable for Jeffery’s he still has Cutler as his QB and while in week 1 he had 216 yards and a TD he also had 1 int and was sacked 5 times. Jeffery will get his targets but he will always have Cutler being a hinder on his potential each week.
