DanTheMan_5
Just curious at to thoughts on taking extra risks on Sunday after getting pitiful performances on Thursday. I was lucky enough in one league to start Gronk (0 points) Novak (0 points) Fuller (6 points) Now I'm finding myself willing to reach for upside performances on Sunday to make up for it. In other words, not play "the guy" who is pretty much a lock for 10-12 (i.e. Carlos Hyde) points and instead playing a home run hitter (i.e. Tavon Austin) in hopes he can break off a couple long ones). Anybody else considering making such moves, and what are your thoughts on this in general. Over thinking? Not a WDIS question, just a generally curious on if others take this approach. stevegrab
I think it is over thinking a bit. I try to avoid this stuff as it seems to backfire a lot, the sure points may be enough, or that player is the one to go off.
loaf
It never enters my mind. I just start who I think will score the most. Now, if you would've started both Hyde and Austin, you might've ended up with a nice week
Dolphin_Akie
The week before saw a shoot out between the Bills and Jets with plenty of points shared around amongst fantasy relevant players. Odd games happen whether its Thursday, Sunday or Monday (occasionally Saturday).
