colkurtz
He has sickle cell trait, which can lead to spleen and gall bladder issues at high altitudes. https://mobile.twitter.com/vxmcclure23/status/782951041558048769
stevegrab
Like Steelers DB Ryan Clark. If he plays he'll be limited so another low scoring week after his week 3 breakout. Back to the bench with you, Lat Murray back in.
ReturnToSender
He will not play, Freeman with all the carries?
ImNotSoIgnorant
according to ourlads and the Faclon's website the only other RB is Terron Ward(who? practice squad) and their FB. Seems odd to not have 4 RBs. Edited October 3, 2016 by ImNotSoIgnorant
Dolphin_Akie
Seems determined to play according to latest reports but if you own him you wouldn't want to risk starting him so better for you if he skips this game.
stevegrab
i hope he stays in ATL. Even playing a few snaps might be too much. I think Clark said that he'd never travel with the team to altitude again, even in street clothes? i hope coleman talks to clark before deciding. I think Clark still traveled with the team but did not play. It is the exertion that makes the condition more dangerous. He even planned to play in a PIT-DEN playoff game 2012 (2011 season), but Mike Toml;in told him he would not let him. http://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way/2012/01/04/144693964/steelers-ryan-clark-will-sit-out-denver-game-due-to-sickle-cell-trait
HowboutthemCowboys
I just saw on "up to the minute" on nflnetwork that Coleman is expected to play

squirrelmastr21
Its also against Denver so don't start. Freeman gets a slight uptick.
popcrnchicken
Does he have the trait or the disease? From what I've read, only those with the actual disease are affected: "People who are carriers generally do not have any medical problems and lead normal lives. If you are a carrier you cannot develop sickle cell disease."
Shaft
A 48 yard catch to start off, he looks fine to me. And I benched him for John Brown.
Shaft
I'm in serious danger of losing games because I benched him.

Brooklynkid23
He went off and didn't start him because he was playing in Denver smh i started Dixon instead of him and it's a half point ppr i hope it doesn't cost me a W smh
Shaft
I left 26 points on the bench!
popcrnchicken
Hey everyone, 22 points on the bench and a big L for me. Wish Coleman would have kept his mouth shut.
stevegrab
Wish there had been some better news early on that he'd be fine to play and be a full participant. Or like another poster said, he had kept his mouth shut. 22 points on my bench, was forced to scramble with Lat Murray out, and DWill not expected to do much I added Jalen Richard from OAK and he got my 9 points. I should win unless Kelvin Benjamin has a huge (21+ points) game. Wiw 132 yards on 4 receptions from 6 tagets, receptions of 48, 31 (TD) and 49 are impressive. Hope he continues some production, I'll need it if Crowell doesn't rebound and Lat Murray struggling.
Gourdeau
Man this ATL backfield reminds me of Dwill and Jstew from that one year with the Panthers

Papajohn
In hindsight, it would have been better if I never read this post. Thanks! I never read it and I still benched him. And lost. Bad.
