Phat Rugby
Nothing officially announced but heard this on Twitter from a Lion's source. He may be an interesting pick up as they are desperate for an early down back.
tebby
Why do they need Washington, Abdullah, AND Forsett on the same team? Whatever...I just dont understand why teams don't go for versatility instead.

tebby
Just a wee-bit I'd say. Didn't know they were gonna be injured forever. Especially Washington who is basically gtd this week.
Valhalla
I was kind of hoping Washington's injuries weren't serious and he'd take over Abdullah's role in a few weeks at the least..maybe not...=/. Although I've read several places that Forsett is horrible.

stevegrab
I was hoping Mike West DET RB would take over. I was hoping Abdullah would be worth what he cost. DET is a bit of a mess, lots of injuries at RB, Calvin is gone, Ebron was hurt. WIth a lot of injured RB Forsett makes sense, whether he offers a different type of RB or not isn't important. Who knows how long Washington is out, Abdullah probably the whole season, and Zenner is not a RB to be used much. I think Forsett has a shot to get action once he can learn the basics. With the way RB are this year (injured and not performing as expected) almost every owner is giving these guys a look.

Don't we say this every year though? And then November/December rolls around and there's a start able RB available on waivers every week. stevegrab
Don't we say this every year though? And then November/December rolls around and there's a start able RB available on waivers every week. No I don't say that every year this year had been particularly bad I feel. With some top guys (AP, Charles) injured, other that should be good not producting, and then many mid pack guys losing carriers or being banged up. Also my league has a deep bench so there are rarely much RB value on waivers, not now, not in Nov/Dec. This past week I was worried Tevin Coleman would not do well, Latavius Murray was out and Deangelo Williams was not going to be in my line-up (he disappeared when Bell returned). That left me with Crowell as my only viable starter, I snagged Jalen Richard who had been added recently and then dropped. This kind of stuff isn't that unique to my league, the deep bench may reduce guys on waivers. That is why we salivate when a team signs somebody or some deep bench player that isn't roster "might get his shot".

irish
If you're in a PPR league,Riddick's stock should remain solid.
stevegrab
Cleared waivers in my league, may take a flyer on him if I can settle on somebody to drop.
