Piranha-z
Even with the QB situation in Pitt, Brown is still a top WR. Without seeing the rest of your team I can't say for sure, but I don't like the trade.

Shaft
Ugghhh....high risk/high reward trade. You traded definitive starters for "could be" great players. If it works out you will look like a genius.

If it works out you will look like a genius. My rationale is the concern with Brown obviously but I also think Ware is about to catch fire. Last week was the beginning and his upcoming schedule has a huge stretch of great match ups. Gurley has a this week and then heads into the bye week where I think LA gets things straightened out a bit and they reopen with a really soft stretch. I did take the gamble on upside in this but I feel at 4-2, it was a gamble I could take. I'll probably end up flipping somebody like JStew for another WR. Aegysoi
It's a very high risk reward play but I think you got the upside of that deal.

saturnismine
This deal looks like a wash to me (which is probably why both sides were willing to do it). It's a smart trade for both teams. Gurley has underperformed and Antonio's has a terrible QB situation. Their talent may be enough to overcome the obstacles they have around them. But AB's obstacle is temporary. Ben will be back. What I like best about your end of the deal is that you sweetened your RB lineup considerably and you already have Cooks and Hurns, both of whom are capable of going off. Good luck with it. Yeah, I'm basically just gonna start Cooks/MJones and the 3 best RB match ups every week for now.
jkraft896
Lol fair enough. Care to elaborate? You gave up a bona-fide top 5 WR and consistent top-15 back for a top-7 RB with an ugly offense and a lot of inconsistenty, a strong RB that will continue to lose touches each week as charles comes back and a TE that is a little better than the guys you can get on the wire. This is just another overreaction to ben getting hurt. ABrown was horrible in the 3 games with Vick last season but he played well with Jones. His production isnt going to drop off nearly as much as people think. This is all my opinion of course. Could be totally wrong.

I'm very bullish on him and Charles surgical knee is swelling already and causing problems so I think the whole "Ware will lose his job" narrative is very overblown. His upcoming stretch has a ton of awful run defenses as well. I feel with this, I'll be able to start 3 RB1's most weeks without taking a dramatic drop at WR. pesosweetdog
i dont' like it. Sorry. AB is just money in the bank every week, even this week. I have Gurley and I am not liking him because Fisher is an idiot and Keenum sucks and I don't see that changing and they're brining in Cunningham more. I never understood the whole Cunningham on 3rd down. It's not for pass protection because Cunningham never stays in, he usually chips and releases, so WHY take your best player off the field on 3rd downs for someone nowhere near as talented? Just dumb. Fisher and the Rams are the worst coach and organization in the NFL, period.

john1c
terrible trade for you.. gore has been surprisingly decent and gets in the end zone while antonio brown is going to see sooo many targets as long as landry plays

We'll see. I fully panicked on the Big Ben injury but like I've said in this thread, I'm sniffing glue-high on Ware.
