Scorcher
I'm glad to see this, he was at a point where it just wasn't worth it to risk more injuries. He was a great player. I loved watching him on the field during his prime. He was talented all the way around, patience, burst when he found the holes, and was a fantastic pass catcher . He had it all; intelligence and the physicality to make plays where there were none. I wish him the best and for the sake of his health I am glad he is getting out.
Rileyrott
He was sure exciting to watch over the years. Glad he chose to go out while he still has his health. I'm sure it wasn't an easy decision to make. All the best to you Arian.
DMD
I am even more impressed that he didn't just take up a roster spot for the rest of the and called it quits. He was one of those studs that came out of nowhere.
squirrelmastr21
He looked like he still had it game 1, I was pissed I passed on him.
Sunday Couch Potatoe
He anchored many championship runs for me. He was definitely in my tops of memorable backs on multiple championship FF teams along with Shaun Alexander Priest Holmes Ladanian Tomlison and my favorite all time Mr. Marshall Faulk. Cheers Mr. Foster enjoy your retirement! Edited October 25, 2016 by Sunday Couch Potatoe
nyjets18
That sucks but is really funny is that someone in my league just traded Emmanuel Sander for Foster 2 days ago and now he retires lol
stevegrab
That sucks but is really funny is that someone in my league just traded Emmanuel Sander for Foster 2 days ago and now he retires lol Trading for a guy who hasn't played much and is dealing with injuries is never wise. I'm surprised he retired midseason, like DMD says he could have held on and kept getting paid. I guess MIA might have another RB that can do a bit more than him who they'd like to get on the field. Def.
Grats on the career Foster. Hope you enjoy the charity money from the Dolphins for being stupid enough to sign you.
stevegrab
Grats on the career Foster. Hope you enjoy the charity money from the Dolphins for being stupid enough to sign you. The approx $850,000 they Dolphins paid him pale in comparison to the millions (approx 37) he made before that. According to this his contract had a $2.3M signing bonus, but he only got about 1/6 of that (click the Cash Earnings to see his career money). http://www.spotrac.com/nfl/miami-dolphins/arian-foster-7982/
Scorcher
I wonder if Houston will sign him for $1 so he can retire from their team. He was one of the greats, if not the greatest in the history of their franchise. He deserves to have his jersey retired and hanging in their stadium. Should of just rolled with the prospects already signed at that point. Just with the Dolphins this year.

Scorcher
I wonder if he ran into Ricky Williams? The difference is Foster did it after the fantasy drafts. Edited October 27, 2016 by Scorcher
