Yeah, it sucks that he can't stay healthy.... but if he WOULD have stayed healthy, there's no assurance he would have been unproductive. Personally I'd exclude guys like Keenan Allen because he never even had a chance to show us what he had this season. Lacy, however... we saw what he had. Sure, both missed some games due to injuries, but both were expected to have a big fantasy season, and both were drafted at some point. I personally had drafted Floyd as early as the 6th round thinking he was going to be the #1 WR in Arizona since Fitz would slow down.
