theeohiostate
With the huge move Auburn made in the BCS this week, they will close in, if not pass OU after a when against Georgia(providing they are ranked #2 in coaches,AP or cpu) and surely will play for the national championship winning out against the Trojans Thanks, BCS, looks like this year you'll get it right.....even if there are multiple undefeated team WHO could argue with USC vs Auburn ( except for Sarge's army ), the two best teams in the country.........by far NO ONE goes undefeated in the SEC and doesn't play for a national title.......Looks like Wisconsin gets a piece of OU..........should be another dominating performance by a Big 10 over the Big 12.........like my BUCKS did last year taking down the CHAMPS KSU

detlef
http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/teamsched?teamId=2If Auburn wins out, they will have beaten 3 top 25 teams this yr, Tennesse twice. 528706 3 top 25 teams doesn't quite do it justice. UT was #12 (I think) when AU beat them. UGA is currently in the top 10 and UT will be also if they play in the SEC championship game. So that's really 2 (and almost 3) top 10 wins. I agree with Trev. If a team makes it out of the SEC undefeated it is a complete crime to keep them out of the title game. There is no conference that can hold a candle to the SEC. I mean, look at the joke of a team you're going to play in the Big 12 title game...Who Nebraska? Are you kidding me?
URLACHERisGOD
theohiostate, Out of complete sincerity and seriousness.... I understand that there is a lot of fun smack talk that goes on in these forums. However, I ask you one favor with complete humility: The tagline of this topic is "Thank you JESUS". Please, again in total sincerity, do not bring my personal savior (along with many others on here) into these forums in such a matter. I enjoy smack talking just as much as the next guy. However, this is where it honestly becomes borderline offensive to me. You can say what you will about this response (I'm sure you will) but, all I can do is ask for you to be somewhat respectful. However, it doesn't look like it's going to happen. My life has changed since I first joined The Huddle a year ago. You guys can throw all the stones you want. I just asked a simple favor. If the AP,Coaches or CPU put Auburn #1 or #2 they would move ahead of OU, plus the BCS fianl tabulation would give Auburn bonus points for beating 2 teams finishing in the top 10 of the final BCS standings and their schedule strength will be improving dramatically the next 3 weeks......into the top 10. detlef
Its not what they are when you play them, its how they end up, as that is what strength of schedule is in the computers. each time a team you beat takes a loss, your strength of schedule takes a hit, even if you beat them A 2 loss Tenn and Ga team wont be in the top 10, its that simple. 528836 Isn't strenght of schedule out of the equation this year? And as far as the Jesus factor. I think the title of this thread is lame for entirely different reasons. That being the fact that TOS is such a whining hater that he praises Jesus at the mere speculation that they may get passed up by someone if both win out. <<enter religious explitive here>> dude, get a freaking life! Note to t_o_s: What Alberts says means about nothing. If you want to be a hater, why not freaking wait until Auburn does, in fact, pass OU (assuming they do)? Be a man, your team sucks, so shut the <<enter religious explitive here>> up! Now as to Ulacher. I gather that you found jesus within the last year based on your explaination of your user name. Forgive me, but I find it very distasteful when born agains start getting all high and mighty right out of the gate. Did you find god in order to submit to a higher code of morality and direction? Or did you find god so you could run around and point out the faults of others?

You can either grant the favor or not. Obviously, you choose not to...completely your choice. Everybody is entitled to their own opinion and have every right to express that opinion. I'm on here to talk about football, not religion. I'm not here to judge anybody for their spiritual / religious convictions. Again, a simple favor was all I asked. That is all.
