theeohiostate
I've seen Louisville several times this year and their D has played much better. I'd expect less scoring by Memphis in the 2nd half..........but wouldn't mind seeing a 75-72 win either
Monsters Of The Midway
Go DeAngelo Go! (I've got him on my fantasy squad.) I've also got Eric Shelton on my bench thinking Ciatrick Fason would do better. Oh well, AP will pick up the slack for me. Kansas State 2000
MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Louisville and Memphis combined for 105 points, 1,202 yards of total offense and 15 plays of more than 20 yards. But it was the shortest of runs -- a 1-yard touchdown by Eric Shelton with 37 seconds left -- that proved to be the difference Thursday night as the 14th-ranked Cardinals escaped with a 56-49 victory. The Cardinals (6-1, 4-0 Conference USA) came in with the nation's top-ranked offense. They gained 599 yards, 91 yards more than their average but four less than the Tigers (5-3, 2-3), who nearly beat a ranked opponent for the first time since 1996.
