On other hand the lions should be playing catch-up. So I would find another QB. Edited November 20, 2004 by thebrowneye1
mr. b00m
I would not hesitate to bench bulger for harrington or even Carolinas backup QB who I see scoring a good amount of fantasy points this week in their matchup, however! if i HAD to choose between bulger or harrington i'd go with harrington this week. I think bulgers passing game will be not so pretty.
legend42
For what it's worth, ESPN's rankings for this week have Bulger as the #1 QB with a projected 330 yards and 3 TDs ("...he has good receiver depth, an immaculate arm and he continues to blow off mistakes by bouncing back with big plays. The Rams will throw a ton.") and Harrington as the worst with 170 and zero ("...Harrington has regressed and could be on thin ice as Detroit's starter. RB Kevin Jones could help set up play action, but Harrington's decision-making and iffy weapons make him a risk.") They are probably overrated and underrated respectively by those guys, but not nearly enough to consider starting Harrington- who Mariucci hinted might be pulled mid-game if he struggles- over Bulger, even though this does have all the earmarks of one of those multiple INT games from him (not to mention everybody's favorite sack/fumble combo that he likes to trot out just for amusement).
