rhino
Davenport was inactive due to his injury. Williams was activated from the practice squad yesterday. But he then got injured during the game, so Fisher is the only HB remaining. 569513[/snapback] Big John is probably right, as I didn't see much of the game. I understood that WWilliams took AGreen's spot in the early going because GB was running several 2- and 3- back sets in the first series or two. I'm assuming these were scripted. So, TFisher already had another role in the offense, and WWilliams did not. TFisher keeps his role, and WWilliams fills in for AGreen until GB knows the extent of AGreen's injury. After it was certain that AGreen wasn't coming back, TFisher took over AGreen's role of lead HB. That's my take on why we saw WWilliams in for AGreen early, but not often. muck
Anyone have any ideas on ND's role if/when he comes back? I (admittedly) haven't been paying much attention to the b-u RB in GB this year (even though I'm a ND owner in a dynasty league)... Any perspectives here? Whenever he does play it is only temporary.
