Don't bench Williams over Burleson. Start Roy, Torry and Eric. I see Moulds having a nice game this week.
jmemms1971
I'm in a tough bind, I need to figure out which RB to start and which WR. 1 pt every 20 yds rec/rush 6 for td T. Jones @ Dall D. Davis vs Tenn. My other starter is D Mccallister... Our TE's count as WR in our league. E. Moulds @ Sea J. Witten vs. Chi My other starters are R. Wayne and N. Burleson for one more week.... I'm struggling with both decisions any advice would be great. Thanks

Hugh 0ne
Hugh - Got 3 "viable" QB starters this week and haven't a clue which one really: Carr V Titans Mcnair @ Texans Griese @ Panthers Mcnair seems a good option but I remember all too well him throwing 4 ints in the first meeting. I lean Carr's way due to him being at home but for no other reason. Griese has done quite well also. What would you do!? Thanks 572998 Well, I think McNair should fare better against the Texans this time around, as he gets healthier, and as the Texans defense apparently gets worse and worse. McNair's is the best option here.
billay
Mornin Hugh! Should I trade Chris Brown for Alge Crumpler and Julius Jones? We start 1 QB, 2 RB's, 2 WR's, TE, K, D My roster: Pennington, Harrington, Carr Holmes, (Blaylock), D. Davis, Chris Brown Holt, Wayne, Moulds, M. Robinson F. Jones, Heap I have been sitting on Todd Heap all year and now doubt that he will play before our playoffs. This is a TE mandatory league. I know that the QB change in ARI may be beneficial to Freddie Jones, but I want to upgrade before the playoffs. My new roster would be Pennington, Harrington, Carr Priest, Blaylock, D. Davis, J. Jones Holt, Wayne, Moulds, M. Robinson Crumpler, Jones, Heap Thanks!
Hugh 0ne
Thanks much Hugh, but I did make a typo in the first list and it should be 2 starters not 3. I would still think the order you have them listed in would be correct. Thanks again and may you and yours have a awesome Turkey Day!!!!! 573001 Yes, Edge and McAllister over Davis. Happy Thanksgiving.

Hugh 0ne
Which 2 WR's?Ward vs. Redskins Jimmy Smith vs. Vikes Moulds vs. Seahawks Boldin vs. Jets Also, should I bench Ahman vs. Rams and start Julius Jones vs. Bears 573004 Jimmy Smith and Eric Moulds. Boldin hasn't scored since his return, so I wouldn't start him until he starts producing, and Ward without Burress against a very tough Redskins defense is not a good option either. JWP 45
You are the man Hugh!! I have a huge game this week-end. I'm tied for first with my division and I'm playing the guy I'm tied with. My question is, I have 3 good options at WR. Which two should I start?? Standard perfromance scoring w/TD bonus. Horn Harrison Burleson Thank You!! Hugh 0ne
Hey Hugh: I haven't seen much talk about Chris Brown playing this week. I need a flex player and can't decide between Chris Brown vs. Houston (Know he has Turf Toe) or J. Jones vs. Chicago Performance league scoring: 1pt for 10 yards rushing/receiving 6pts for TD 1pt for reception Thanks 573025 I think Chris Brown should play, but that being said, why take a chance when you have another good option. Start Jones, he's healthy and being given an opportunity to prove himself.
Hugh 0ne
Standard scoring....which one of these three RB's should I start this week, keeping in mind this is my 2nd RB in the lineup??? Emmitt Smith, Warrick Dunn , or Julius Jones on Turkey Day ???? 573032 Julius Jones. Emmitt's not a horrible option, and Dunn has a nice matchup but IS in a RBBC, so I think Jones is your best bet. Like I mentioned several times in other posts: he's healthy and being given an opportunity to prove himself, so he should post some nice fantasy numbers. Hugh 0ne
Hugh,Thanks for the help1. Which Q.B.: Plummer vs Oak or Green vs SD- I thinnk both will have great days, I need the greatest. 2. Which W.R.: Leilie vs Oak or Morton vs SD - I'm afraid of Morton, and this will be a close match-up with my opponent. Asked both on regular advise post, and would like your input also 573035 For those that read this thread every week, you can probably answer this question for me. I do not like Plummer. Although, this week he has a VERY favorable matchup. That being said, I start Green over him this week anyway. Trent Green should have a very nice day. I think Lelie is the safer play. Too many options in KC.
Hugh 0ne
Hey Hugh, I don't want to push my luck but I have 2-positions that are giving me grief again. Scoring is standard perf with 1-pt per catch and 6-pts for all td's. QB-Aaron Brooks @ Atlanta and Brian Griese @ Carolina. I benched Brooks last week and he ended up with a bunch of yards since they were behind, but right now I am going to flip a coin, although I liike Griese a little better. RB-D Davis @ Ten and M Pittman @ Carolina. I am starting Edge, but need one of the two. I am leaning towards Pittman since he has been on fire and that vulcher #40 wasn't seen much. Thanks in advance and have a great Turducken day. 573050 Tough call at QB. I think Brooks has the bigger potential, meaning he could put up the better numbers, but any more stupid mistakes and I wouldn't be completely surprised if they benched him. I start Griese this week, and hope he squeaks out 220 yards and a couple of TD's. Don't bench Pittman. He's probably the hottest RB in the league. Alstott may vulture a TD, but until it becomes an issue, continue to play Pittman every week.
Phat Rugby
He there Hugh, RB and WR question. Need 2 RBs. Have Martin starting and need to decide which Jones is a better play on Turkey Day Thomas J. or Julius J. WR start 3. Clayton (no-brainer) Roy Williams (will start) Moss - will he do anything? Burelson - will Moss's presense lower his production? Crumpler - he has had a few very nice weeks. Always appreciate the info. Have a great holiday. I will be swilling turkey beer at Ford Field watching the Lions win.
BadCoInLa
Hugh Dog, I've now gone 5-0 the past 5 weeks ... thanks in part to your help. Last week, I left Rudi on the bench and played Blaylock. Both stunk it up, but I did get 6 more points with Derrick. Here's my dilemma this week ... it's RBs again. Pittman away vs. Carolina McGahee away vs. Seattle R. Johnson home vs. Cleveland Blaylock home vs. San Diego J. Jones home vs. Chicago N. Goings home vs. Tampa Bay To me, Pittman and McGahee are locks. I'm leaning to Blaylock again for my flex. Jones is tempting, though. What do you think? Also, TE is a toss up ... Shockey home vs. Eagles or McMichaels away at SF. I lean toward the match up and McMichael. Thoughts? Thanks for all your help.

He's been running real hard, and they both have a similar matchup. I'd start Davis at home. Start Moulds this week. He's due and should play well, and should score at least 1 TD. Brown seems fragile, and I think Jones will remain the starting RB not in RBBC in Dallas, so you get maybe a slight RB downgrade, but a big TE upgrade. Good move for you in a TE mandatory league imo. TJR
Hugh, My #2 RBs suck. I got Peyton Manning by giving up Thomas Jones so I'm not complaining but here's my choices for the #2 spot behind Alexander. Onterrio Smith on MNF vs. the Rams Lee Suggs vs. the Bengals-banged up? Kevan Barlow vs. the Dolphins Chester Taylor (WW pickup) vs. the Pats. I'm thinking Onterrio still has the most upside but this is the last week of my regular season and if I win I'm in the playoffs. The team I'm playing is banged with Ahman Green and Randy Moss both iffy. I may really need more stability than upside. Yeah, I know...Bad. I got beat out for Julius Jones by one spot in the waiver rankings last week.
