Tennessee breaking the rules?

It's true. But I dont think Tennessee is going to be sanctioned for it. A Mobile, Alabama sports columnist, with no ties to Tennessee, wired Tee $4500 to fix his car. He has known Tee and his family for a long time. The columnist, who has been fired since revealing the allegations, says he got the money from some lady in Mobile. She denies giving him the money, plus she has no ties to Tennessee. She may or may not have been the money person, but she isnt a UT grad or booster.
