zeeman
I have checked this game out, and I'm wondering why K State is only favored by 10.5 points. (I don't want to give you too much props KState2000, because I don't like KState or Nebraska. I guess I dislike the Red Corn more than the Wildcats)I've checked power ratings, Sagarin ratings and stats. KState is at home. All signs point that KState should be favored by about -18. That is more than 7 points, I think easiest play of the weak, unless KState doesn't show up. Will they show up? I expect the line to increase to about 13, so now might be a good time to jump in. This not the same Nebraska team as in the past. The Cornhuskers will finish at 7-6 for the year. In my opinion, KState will win by 20, and in a couple weeks Colorado will beat Nebraska in a close one in Lincoln.
Shakenbake
Zeeman, I love K-State this week....and I agree they should be favored by more...as of right now I have them at 12.5, as long as it stays under 14, I'm going to grab them. I am kind of leaning towards taking the Buffaloes this weekend too, over Iowa State. Louisville did all they could to lose that game for me last night, thank god someone let the kicker from S. Miss play, or I would have been in trouble. The under was a nice pick too, even in a pathetic OT game.
zeeman
I think Colorado should roll by two TD's, but the Buffs are one of those teams I don't play. Key stat for this game rushing The Buffs will pound it all day at ISU. ISU can't run the ball at 2 yds a carry away from home, but Seneca Wallace is dangerous and may keep it within 7 points. The line is up to -9, if goes up to 10 stay away. The two other games I like are Boise St. -16 halftime at home on the blue turf. Houston +15 over Cinncinati Bearcats. Silly trend, but it makes sense. Cincy has the letdown factor after a win over Louisville last week on TV and they travel to Hawaii next week. Teams are 0-9 before going on vacation to Hawaii over the past two years.
up the middle
My sheet looks like this.... KSU -10 over Nebraska Colorado -6 over Iowa State Texas A&M -9 over Missouri Minnesota +11 vs. Iowa
polksalet
I havent seen ksu play much this year but they look like they always do. Mediocre qb, above average wr's tough workman rb's and stingy defense. I have seen the cornhuckers and they scare me. They have a world of talent and if they come together are as good as any, better than what ive seen of ksu. However you are almost as likely for them to look like miami of ohio. If Lord gets going, he will freaking roast ksu, but if they cant stop him from running that dang triple option they ksu will win by 20+. I think this is the hardest game of the weekend to call. If anyne has any doubt, look at lord's rushing totals from the Aggie and t-sip games.

polksalet
talk is cheap after a win, but you and i both know the level of talent nu still has, what neither of us know is what in the fork is wrong with them.

On the Husker message boards they are blaming everything on the coaching staff and calling for their heads. After a loss like that to Kansas State I bet there will be changes next season.
