There is no NCAA championship at stake in football-it is just the National title game. So, the NCAA could come up with a tourney(just as they have in B-Ball, because the NIT was the deal before the NCAA tourney), and invite those schools who don't get into the BCS. So, the NCAA could hold a play-off if it really wanted to, you could have the BCS Champ and the NCAA Champ, thought some of you may want to know that-Peace.
