Before last week the delusional whacks from Ohio would turn a comment like this into 50+ replies. Don't worry Buckeye fans, it's the Wolverines fault for being a obviously superior football team. Boy, what a GREATTT Defense OSU has! Maybe you'll get to take revenge against Wisconsin in the "Most Clearly Overrated Team of the Year Bowl." I know I know, "BIG 10 this, Big 10 that....." I just hope that when OSU loses a bowl game against a decent team from another conference, maybe an ounce of reality will acutally fall unto Columbus. Better luck in another 32 years! But you have to expect a little less enthusiasm after a tough loss - they can't talk about the NC game (Sugar) or even Rose Bowl anymore. I'd be depressed too.... And Because when you started your post there were already three other posts that had started after the Michigan game to discuss the Buckeyes. Silence? I don't think so. If you want to argue, please tell me where you got the "best team of the century" remark. I wouldn't even consider last year's OSU team to be the best Buckeye team of the last 10 years. The 96 team that lost to Michigan when Springs fell down then beat ASU in the Rose Bowl to finish ranked #2 with Pace, Katzenmoyer, Springs, & Vrabel was probably a stronger team than the 2002 National Champs. The 95 team with the above plus Eddie George (Heisman), Terry Glenn (Biletnikoff Award), & Rickey Dudley when Pace won the Lombardi award as a sophomore was pretty good too, save the day Biakabatuka ran all over them and made the defense look like swiss cheese. The 2002 Buckeyes had a great season, they played incredibly as a team, but I don't know anyone who would rank them among the greatest teams ever. Three 9-3 teams (Purdue, Iowa, & Minnesota). Sixth place in the Big 10 is Michigan State at 8-4, is that who you were referring to when you said bushwacked: 2) An 8-2 Big 10 team = A middle of the road PAC-10 team 2A) JUST JOKING, An 8-2 Big 10 Team barely beats San Diego St at Home!!!!!! 2b) An 8-2 Big 10 Team = an Middle of the Road Mountain West Conference Team. C'mon I want to hear how tough the Big 10 is, How unstoppable the OSU defense is, how OSU could kick Oklahoma's ARSSSSE, and how much better OSU is then USC. It seems like that stuff was non-stop last week. Now all the OSU fan can do is attack the football fan who rightly knew the Buckeyes were overated prior to last Saturday. Better luck in 32 years! Michigan won, congratulations to them, end of story. I'm not attacking you, I'm asking you to back up your statements with better evidence than bushwacked: It seems like that stuff was non-stop last week. By the way, I live in Washington state and don't care about Oklahoma or Michigan or Ohio State. I've just never seen such a big display of football ignorance from footbal fans as I did in last week's posts from Ohio fans. It reminded me when was down in Denver 2 years ago and the Bronco fans thought Brian Griese was the next John Elway and they were going to win 5 superbowls in a row. It must be something in the water. I now have circumstantial evidence to beleive that Denver and Columbus share the same water supply. Best of luck in 32 years! The Buckeyes did dominate the Huskies, I know that. But unlikey Buckeye fan losing to Wisconsin, the Husky fan losing to Ohio St immediately realized his favorite team was really crappy. See, Husky fan loses to Ohio St and thinks: "our team, not so good." Now, Buckeye fan looses to Wisconsin and thinks: "WE ARE THE BEST TEAM IN THE NATION, WE COULD KICK OKLAHOMA'S ARSE, OUR DEFENSE IS THE BEST EVER." I really don't good or bad the Buckeyes do this season. I just find it funny how delusional Buckeye fan can be after sinning one championship every 32 years. Good luck Buckeye fan! The Buckeyes did have a couple of rallies to make it a fun game to watch. OU, if they survive, should and deserves to play in the title bowl. Against either LSU or USC, or maybe even UM, doesn't matter, still should be one worth watching. See, I'm a fan of the game, and still a Buckeye fan, win or lose, unlike some of the "cryin" LOSERS on this forum.
