Kansas State 2000
"The opportunities are there on any recruiting visit. For any recruit on almost any campus, those opportunities are spelled out in the immortal words of Ian Dury and the Blockheads: "Sex and Drugs and Rock and Roll. All your mind and body need." While no one is suggesting the majority of football recruiting weekends degenerate into debauchery, it would be foolish to ignore that recruits can make of their visit what they want. A Boulder, Colo., district attorney might have lifted the lid on one of recruiting's dirty little secrets this week when she alleged Colorado is using "sex parties" to lure recruits during their visits." http://www.sportsline.com/collegefootball/...l/story/7046806
AtomicCEO
This story is starting to piss me off. Is Boulder really any worse than other schools? Do they really think that the coach or school authorized this? P.S. The Bus Stop is a skanky strip club.
Kansas State 2000
Go Go Godzilla:Is Boulder really any worse than other schools? Recruiting is big business now. Bowl games and championship games mean millions of dollars for the school. You can’t win games and get those millions without the players. As we learn more about this and other incidents we will see means used by schools to lure these kids in are even worse then the Colorado situation we know of. Of course the schools do not “officially” support these actions but they also know they are happening and want them to happen. You can over look a lot if it equals millions for your school down the road. Just play stupid when they are exposed.
