Don't think this was much of a surprise but it does beg the question of who actually will be on the roster come September?

Meh, it was inevitable. Besides, I think Thompson can step up and produce as the full time starter. He did well last year when Schulters was injured.

True. This move has been expected for sometime. Schulters wasnt even practicing with the team during mini-camps. Thompson took over for Schulters who had a Liz Franc injury last year and performed well. Thompson was actually a 2nd round draft pick of the Bungles a few years ago, who Marvin Lewis cut when he became coach. The Titans were fortunate to get him. With Tank Williams and Lamont Thompson at safety, the Titans are in pretty good shape. Now cornerback is an entirely different matter...
