I stopped using this forum because of posts like this... Thought I'd come back for a visit, but it looks like it's still a waste of my time. Take your pissing matches elsewhere! I'm gone.
Starting 2 RBs (standard scoring + receptions)
E. James is my #1. I was happy to draft Kevin Jones as #2, but now we really is. I have C. Benson on the bench to cover KJ's bye, but I don't think he's quite there yet. I have room for Suggs OR Shipp. What's my best option for Week 3 and beyond?
My big gut tells me Shipp is a better option in Week 3, but is Suggs the better long-term option (better offense?). I'm willing to play Benson this week if it means a better backup for weeks to come.
Thanks for the input!
I need to back up Bulger for a week 9 bye and future injuries thanks to his O line. I have Carr as my backup (yippie!). Not much out there except Frerotte, Dilfer, E. Manning, A. Wright, Pennington, and the usual stinkers. Should I hang on to Carr and enjoy the rest of my team, or take a chance on one of these? I'd like to think he'd come around in a few weeks, but the stench is aweful right now. Thanks!
Need to start 2 RBs (1 point per reception). I have E. James, K. Jones, L. Johnson, and C. Benson. I can't sit James and Benson isn't ready, so it comes down to Jones or Johnson. Tough call for me so I need your help. Thanks!
Is G. Lewis "insurance" for when Owen, or probably just as easy to pick up Reggie Brown or someone else should that hypothetical ever happen.
Thanks again!
Roster:
QB: Bulger and Carr
RB: E. James, K. Jones, L. Johnson, C. Benson
WR: Owens, S. Smith, J. Smith, Stallworth, G. Lewis, K. Curtis
TE: Dallas Clark and Cooley
K: Will grab what's available before Thursday
Thanks for helping the newbie!
