  1. ...until Bruce gets back. I have a real hard time seeing Curtis stay as the #2 WR with Bruce coming back, because Issac hasn't played himself out of a job yet. But, I do see Curtis's role being much more like a 2004 Stokley role than his previous #3 experience.
  2. I would stick with Cooley. Miller just seems like that TE we see every year that catches a couple of TDs, and we all go crazy over. By random chance, some TE is going to get hot in the TD department every year, and that TE is usually below-average. Miller's just not there yet in terms of production. Cooley is, even with his problems.
  3. You think he's going to look at this logically? After reading four pages of this, you asked him if he thought this was collusion a total of nine times...before his last post in here. He responded to none of them. He's not going to respond to reason. The guy who started this thread just needs to leave the league, plain and simple. Win it this year...then go. It's never any fun with an unreasonable, power-hungry commish.
  4. You mean the guy who offered me Andre Johnson and Randle-El for Westbrook and Cadillac today...twice? I counter nicely...with a trade that could help both of us. No, it didn't work, but at least the door's open for the future. It was pretty tempting to yell and scream and rant...but this way, I can win one over on him in the future.
  5. And that's why I'm leaning Edge right now. I just don't want to feel stupid two weeks in a row (started Edge over Parker last week), but obviously, that shouldn't play into my decision.
  6. Do I go with Edge or Parker this week? I'm a slight, slight underdog in the game, if that brings anything into it. 12 team league, 1 point for every 10 yards, 5 points for 100, and 6 points for a touchdown. No PPR.
  7. No, I was being sarcastic, because that response didn't help. The reason I did the trade is because I already have 4 starting RBs. You wouldn't do it, that's fair. I appreciate the response.
  8. The question is, why does trading a starter for a backup matter when I already have 4 starting RBs, and that backup has the best chance to start out of any other backup RB?
  9. Bell over a starter in Barlow? Uh-huh. I don't like that analysis...oh wait, there was none. Thanks.
  10. Traded away Barlow/Wayne for C. Johnson/T. Bell. 6 points a TD, 1/10 yards for RB/WR, bonuses for 100 yards for RB/WR. No PPR. Roster: QB: Brooks Griese Manning, E. RB: Edge Westbrook Carnell Williams Tatum Willie Parker WR: Chad Johnson Drew Bennett Lee Evans D. Stallworth TE: Gonzo E. Johnson K: Josh Brown DEF: Tampa
