Think I am benching Minn's D at Steelers this week and am hitting the wire.
Those that look tantalizing are:
Jets at Oakland - both available, thinking of Jets.
Indy at Rams - Indy is not available in my league, but a good pick up this week if available.
Green Bay vs Cleveland - GB not avail in mine, but good pick up this week.
Anyone else doing the same...?
I'm torn between two flex spots in a PPR.
J.Jones, Norwood, L Washington, K Curtis. J Chatman.
I'm leaning towards J. Jones and L. Washington - albeit Washington is against Balt D, this league gives points for return yardage.
Appreciate any thoughts.
This is a stumper. I am in the same situation and have flip-flopped like 30 times.
I am leaning towards Eli, for a couple reasons. They know they have to turn it around or their season is lost. They are also at home. They had a solid outing the first time they played Dallas - at Dallas. Kitna and his o-line will be beat up by NE's rush - at NE.
I guess what's keeping me interested in Kitna this week is he will be playing from behind and will most likely throw around 250ish yards. That and KJ is back.
Good luck to us both.
I'd keep Fitz. Arizona's pass schedule is looking juicy over the next handful of games.
vs KC - defense has picked up, but I am still not convinced.
Chi @ - well.....they did good against them in preseason.....
@ GB - 2nd worse pass D
bye
Dallas @ - not a great D, Leinart should have his stuff together by here
Detroit @ - 3rd worse pass D
I think this is a similar situation in Stl with Curtis/Bruce/Holt.
If and when Bruce returns, I think Curtis will still get his looks/catches and endzone targets. Just not as many. WR3.
Same with JJ.
Both are a passy happy offense and have very good RB's.
My equation on it is: JJ = Curtis = Stokley 04
Same kind of stuff from Rotoworld:
An MRI on Chris Cooley's injured knee showed no major damage and he is questionable for Sunday's game.
Cooley, who has been the Redskins' #2 receiver this year, is a good bet to play through a strained knee and a bruised hip.
Barring any setbacks, sounds like he will play.
