  1. In a regular league they are a toss up, in PPR Forsett jumps Miller by a dozen picks or so.
  2. I would keep Forsett. There is not much difference between Hill and Forsett (only a few picks in PPR). The difference is not worth a 7th round pick IMO.
  3. Thanks for the response Trichardbann. Those 3 are definitely great value and last year's choice was a no-brainer. I am leaning towards keeping them as well, I am probably overthinking it and putting too much weight on locking in a guaranteed value (Bell) for 3 years. If I keep them I might be able to get some small value out of Hopkins or Olsen and move up somewhere (there are a couple teams that have terrible options).
  4. Standard scoring w/ PPR. I can keep up to three players totaling 24 points (point values based of draft position, listed below). Players can only be kept for 3 years. If a player is kept you lose the draft pick associated with them. Player Pick Points Years Matt Forte (Chi - RB) 1 14 2 Julio Jones (Atl - WR) 2 13 2 Eddie Lacy (GB - RB) 4 11 3 Antonio Brown (Pit - WR) 5 10 3 Greg Olsen (Car - TE) 7 8 2 DeAndre Hopkins (Hou - WR) 8 7 2 Alshon Jeffery (Chi - WR) 12 3 3 Last year I kept Lacy, Brown, and Jeffery and it worked out great, they are all big value keeps. This year I could keep them again but I would lose them after this year. Alternatively I could trade them to get some value, although that does reset them and the new owner gets to keep them for up to 3 years. I have been proposed a couple trades that I am considering. Give Brown and Jeffery, get Le-Veon Bell (pick 12, 3 points) and Steve Smith Sr (Pick 14, 1 point). Give Eddie Lacy and my 5th round pick, get a 3rd round pick. i could do both of those trades and keep Bell, Julio Jones, and Greg Olson. I could probably trade Steve Smith to move up a bit somewhere in the draft to someone that needs a 1 point keeper. I would be locking in Bell for 3 years at an insane draft point but would be giving someone else in the league two really good values as well. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
  5. Thanks for the response Zooty. I cleaned up the formating, that was terrible on my part. I didn't consider that option because I was so stuck on keeping Forte. I'll have to consider that, does seem the most consistent option at this point.
  6. Standard scoring with PPR. Starters QB RB RB WR WR WR WR/RB/TE TE K DEF We are allowed to keep three players from our team last year. Who we keep is based on the draft pick we used last year (1st pick is worth 14 points, 14th pick is worth 1). We can keep a total of 24 "points" worth of players. Players picked off the waiver at any time during the season are not eligible to keep. It is also worth noting I got 1st last year so I have 12th pick, giving extra incentive to keeping players picked in odd rounds. My eligible players to keep: Player Position Rnd Pnts Drew Brees QB 1 14 Matt Forte RB 2 13 Chris Jonnson RB 2 12 Eddie Lacy RB 4 11 Antonio Brown WR 5 10 DeSean Jackson WR 7 8 Josh Gordon WR 9 6 Alshon Jeffrey WR 12 3 Andy Dalton QB 12 3 I think my decision would be pretty clear if there wasn't a looming suspension issue with Josh Gordon. I have until Thursday August 21st to make a decision. I would like to keep Forte, Gordon, and Jeffery but I don't know that I can do so without knowing Gordon's situation. All of those picks are extreme value compared to where they should be drafted (assuming of course Gordon plays). The only alternative I can see is Forte, Jackson, Jeffrey which is ok. I would not be getting a ton of value on Jackson but the other two are still really solid. I could also consider just keeping Forte and Lacy but I am having a hard time not keeping Jeffery considering the value it represents. Just looking for advice or thoughts on what I should do. If a decision is not made by Thursday should I still take a chance on Gordon? Most sites are saying take a chance with a 10th or 11th pick so I would be close but maybe a bit early. Thanks
  7. Can't make up my mind on this one and running out of time for tonight, I currently have R. Brown in but have to decide on PT quick. Thanks
  8. I would go with Crayton. I expect Clayton to be the #1 in Baltimore this year and Crayton has a better QB. Flacco won't get the Chief's D at home every week. I would take the #2 WR in Dallas over the #2 in Baltimore any day.
  9. Bennett looks to have more upside in PPR. Cultler targeted him 13 times on Sunday...Devin Hester only 4. Coles was targeted 5 times and caught 1. Now its only week one but Coles just seems to be slowing down. At least that was the logic I used when I did exactly what you are thinking about, and I feel good about the move.
  10. I have always been a RB/RB guy and decided to try the WR/WR path. Especially as the league starts 3 WR plus a WR/RB, PPR. I got the 10th spot in ten team league. I think it went really well, of course i am very slim at RB but I think the top 10 trio of WRs will more then make up for it. 1.10 R. Wayne 2.01 T. O 3.10 L. Fitzgerald (why he was still available, I have no idea) 4.01 R. Bush 5.12 K Winslow 6.01 J. Stewart 7.12 D. McNabb 8.01 J. Crotchery 9.12 J. Jones 10.01 Chicago 11.12 J. Kitna 12.01 D. Mason 13.12 S. Slaton 14.01 N. Kaeding I
  11. I would get Brees, back up is J Campbell standard scoring with 4 pts per passing TD and 6 for rushing I am thinking I should take this trade, Garrard is consistently average every week with no mistakes where Brees gives the big week option....
  12. Herm + no offensive line + terrible play calling + no QB + Herm =
  13. Where did he disappear to? Seems like every possible receiver is getting a ton of action in the second half and he is being ignored? Hurt? Ineffective? Too many other choices?
