  1. I've been offered Brady and Fred Taylor for Shaun Alexander and Jon Kitna. Should I accept?
  2. I know this is annoying, but I absolutely hate predrafting. For all you know, this guy is spending his time crunching stats, consulting fantasy sharks, and reading up on the most current info there is. I know, it's more likely that he just doesn't care about the time he is wasting for the rest of you. But he isn't breaking any rules. I do like the idea of making the wraparound a single timer. That way, if the guy hits 12 hours, he loses both picks.
  3. Without Driver, Brett may want to heave pacifiers down the field instead of footballs. Heck, he's likely to be handing off pacifiers too.
  4. After watching that fat cross-dresser on "America's Got Talent", Cedric decided to drop out of football to become Boy Whitney!
  5. I agree. Ahman is falling to the 4th and 5th rounds of mocks and represents great value. He is a proven workhorse with great pass-catching abilities, which are sure to be tested when Schaub realizes he will be nothing more than a lawn dart without the dumpoff pass.
  6. TJ's schedule makes him a great RB to play the buy low/sell high game with. Let someone else draft him in the 2nd round, then wait until after week 3 to trade for him. Use him for his nice stretch in weeks 4 thru 9, then trade when his stock is high. Here are the teams TJ faces when he is on your team (2006 defensive ranking listed after each team): 4 - BUF (28) 5 - NYG (14) 6 - PHI (26) 7 - CIN (15) 8 - BUF (28) 9 - WAS (27) And here are the teams you get to avoid: 1 - NE (5) 2 - BAL (2) 3 - MIA (8) 10 - bye week 11 - PIT (3) 12 - DAL (10) 13 - MIA (8) 14 - CLE (29) - His one easy game that you miss out on 15 - NE (5) - You can trade back for him after this game, if your league playoffs go into weeks 16 & 17 16 - TEN (30) 17 - KC (18)
  7. Use you projections to take BPA. Do not worry about what team they are on. Same team/bye week conflicts only need to be addressed when selecting your bench players, and even then take one with conflicts if they are far and away the best option. That's what trading and the waiver wire is for.
  8. IMO, Rudi is the right choice. Also, I'd take a chance on Reggie Brown as your WR3, but just know that he has the same bye as Chad Johnson. Now, if you can get value for Rudi in trade, but also keep in mind that Benson has the same bye as SJax, meaning that you'll have no RB's for week 9, if you keep Benson.
  9. Before you decide, look over every other person's roster to decide who you think they will keep. This info, along with your draft position, should determine to keep RB/RB or RB/WR. Good luck.
  10. As big a fan I am for LT, I'd jump all over this. You'd be an entire round ahead of everyone else, and that gives you tons of options.
  11. You can find a good one if you google "draft dominator", but my favorite is a #2 pencil and a piece of paper, along with countless hours of research and numerous mock drafts.
  12. Who are the best WR's available?
  13. You can find targetted pass stats at http://www.footballdiehards.com/playerstats/Targets.cfm This will show you how many times every player was thrown to, and how many they caught. I've seen 3rd down stats somewhere, but I can't remember at the moment where I saw it, sorry.
  14. Make the deal. VY is a sure bench player for you, as long as you have Peyton. Sure, VY may do well in 2007 and be worth a bit more than he is now, but with 5 keepers, I would prefer they all be weekly starters for my FF team. Plus, I think you are getting the better of the deal anyways. And that 2008 1st rd pick will be very nice.
