Just weeks ago, Prisco wrote how the Pats were overrated in his AFC East "preview," because their defense would be too old and slow to stop the run. He said the proof would come in the early games, when we went up against beasts like Thomas Jones and LT. That was his rationale in placing the Pats somwhere around 5 in his power rankings before the season began. Yeah, our defense has looked slow and beaten down against Jones and LT, huh? Now, he has the Pats at 2 and won't put them at 1, because it would show how WRONG HE WAS. AGAIN. Note especially how whenever he mentions the Pats, he raves about the offense (rightfully so), but when he mentions the defense he says light compliments like, "Oh yeah, the defense played well, too," or "yeah, the defense didn't too bad, either." To be honest about how good the Pats defense has been playing would be too much to handle for Prisco who is classified as a male only by scientists and health physicians. Instead, Prisco place the Colts at #1. These are the same Colts who BARELY beat the Titans and Texans and beat up a Saints team that isn't quite all there. Meanwhile, the Pats have been dominant against every team they've faced. Yet, they are #2. Why? Because Prisco won't admit he was WRONG AGAIN. Since Prisco will never admit to writing this dreck where he insults the Pats defense, here it is for all to read again and confirm Prisco's status as a hack. http://www.sportsline.com/nfl/story/10319886 Now, watch how Prisco slowly forgets he ever wrote that, when the Pats continue to dominate on both sides of the ball. Prisco's a waffler who doesn't stick to his words, and when his words accidentally come true, he raves about them. Like the Pats, play both sides of the ball, Prisco. If you're wrong, admit it. Don't start praising them like a weakling after you ripped on them (he's already started to jump on the bandwagon he attempted to burn before the season began; just do a search for his weak articles). If you were any stronger of an individual, you would admit that you were wrong, write a new article stating your foibles as a writer, and place the Pats at #1 on your lame power rankings. Only then might you have some credibility in the journalistic world you somehow entered via accidental luck. Part II Well, the Pats again dominated. They stifled one of the top offenses in the league and again dominated on offense. Prisco gives their effort an A+. The Colts, a B+. The Pats are making history, beating their first 4 opponents by more than 20 points for the first time in DECADES. People are asking if the Pats can actually go undefeated. People are calling the Pats scary good. Has anyone heard these things associated with any team this year let alone the Colts? NO. Yet, the Colts will stay at #1 because Prisco can't admit he's wrong. Look how he's jumped on the Pats bandwagon, praising their defense. This is the same guy who said Adalius Thomas looked slow in his preseason AFC East preview. Does he say the same thing now? Now for those of you reading this for the first time. You'll see the lame responses from scab Colts fans referring to the fact the Colts won the championship last year which is why they should be #1 in the power rankings. But this is a POWER RANKING. Not a King of the Hill ranking. The Pats have dominated on both sides of the ball, and they are clearly the most dominant team in the NFL. They should be #1, no questions asked. Last season is last seaon. It's in the past, and it has no bearing on this year especially 4 games into it. They'll bring up strength of schedule, etc... But ask yourself one question, if you had to put money on it right now, who would you put it on? If you care about making money, you would put it on the Pats. Not the Colts. The Pats have clearly stated they are the best team in the NFL. Everyone else who has a working mind thinks so. Now put them at #1 where they belong. Part III (posted 10/16) Prisco can't handle being this wrong for this long so he finally caves in. Note how he calls the power rankings meaningless the same week he puts the Pats at #1. Yes, you should have an opinion, but you're as biased and idiotic as Prisco, you should be banned from the business of journalism to your own little website. Note also how he hates on the Pats while putting them at #1. He says they're great and deserves to be #1, but they're not that great. If you hate the Pats so much and love the Colts (clearly a second-rate team compared to the Pats), then just keep the Pats #2 all year! As for all the scab Colts fans who have been coming on here non-stop saying, "Hey until someone beats the Colts, they deserve #1! That's what Prisco's philosophy is!" What's up now? Your Colts haven't lost, in fact they didn't even play, yet Prisco puts the Pats at #1. Come up with some other lame non-football related excuses and lame 3rd grade insults. I guess I can't blame you since that's ALL you guys can come up with. Get with the program and admit the truth. Brady and the team is setting all kinds of records. We silenced the Chargers and their fans. And we just silenced the Cowboys and their fans. The Colts are next. Note how L.T. and T.O. seem like they've just been dumped by their girlfriends in the post-game interview. Big talkers in general, and after being manhandled, they're our little pets. Just like you guys. And as for strength of schedule, wow, those TItans and Texans sure do look great now, huh? And what was all that trash talking about how we beat a weak Chargers team? They look pretty good now. Just goes to show you guys don't know anything about football. Watch Prisco return the Colts back to #1 next week just because the Pats destroy the Dolphins. But wait! If you're #1, shouldn't someone beat you to lose that spot? Obviously, the scab Colts fans and Prisco have no sense of logic. Only after the sixth game does Prisco realize the truth. Too late. You're still a major moron. Along with all the other scabs. HAHAHAHA!

You plug Brady into those Colts teams and you win 2 more Super Bowls. Brady has won more than Peyton with less talent. You know its true!

What amazes me us Tom finally has the weapons Peyton has and he has be more dangerous than Peyton has ever been. I think when this season is all said done Brady will most likely break Manning's mark and will now be clearly the best QB in the NFL. Tom has won Super Bowls with less talent and Peyton only won once with all that talent the past 5 years. -ATBB

Does anyone get the feeling that Belichick would love to have an undefeated season on his already impressive resume. But before we can crown that I want to see them get past Indy in Week 9. I truely believe if any team can do it, it would be the Patriots modern dynasty. I think all the hard work this dynasty has done the past 7 years the are most deserving. -ATBB Sorry So Sloppy, typing from my iPhone on the train.
