I believe he is listed with turf toe. He was in a boot prior to week 3. Th OL is currently banged up, and wasn't too good to begin with. LenDale White has done very little. RB situation is a mess right now.

Yeah, I guess I missed where you said they were going to bring in Collins. Good luck to any QB with that offensive line- they can't block for.... To the people who say Volek is injury prone- think about this: The only reason Volek was playing was due to the fact that line let defenses beat McNair into the ground. BV comes in as the backup and gets the crap beat out of him and he's called injury prone?

Givens did not play due to a hammy. TV announcers said this, "when aked if Givens would have started if it was a regular season game, Fischer said 'NO.'" Bobby Wade & Drew Bennett started at WR.

White is a rookie, and missed a lot of practice time. Showed up late for camp and was nursing injuries. He was scheduled to play in the first preseason game, but was not allowed to suit up for the game.

Agree on the 104.5 morning show-- I try to listen basically because it's football season- Wycheck carries the show, knows football, and is interesting to liten to. I find myself changing the station almost everytime Howard starts "talking" or cutting off everyone else just to hear himself babble. Even when they are interviewing a guest, he asks a question, then interupts the guest before they can get out an answer. Why was he canned from the tv gig? My guess is because he sux. I also switch over to Mike N Mike in the morning, but good grief- this past week they went on & on about Paris Hilton one day, and some other nonsense another day.

Callers to the local radio call in show who raised questions about the incident or the status of the injured player were skoffed at by our local "expert" who claimed it was part of the "act", a part of the halftime shaow, and he simply hung up on callers who asked about the incident. Yes, he's a tool, recently fired from his local part time tv gig.

Added notes from last night: LenDale White was in street clothes on the sideline- as a result of spitting on a team mate in practice. Bobby Wade is the #3 Titans WR, and handling kick returns. Aaron Stecker wet down with an ankle/ leg injury and had to be helped off the field. Saints ended up using #35 Branch as their RB after Stecker went down. (who is he?) McAllister is in uniform on the sidelines. Bush looked good. Young looked lost at times.

Seems like a crazy rumor with maybe a hint of fact- Titan's have Voleck as their starter. Just signed VY to a huge contract. Just got out a salary cap "heck" but had to release a lot of good players to get here. Collins wants starters money- with a good bit of up front money in the form of a large signing bonus. I just don't see where any of that fits the Titan's rebuilding plan. Now- they may be looking at Collins, and perhaps give him a workout as a backup plan. Basically get a look at him now, so they can evaluate him in the the event something bad happens in camp, or in the early part of the season.

Keith's on tour through next August, will likely be filming in September....they still haven't signed the contract but it looks like a done deal.

3-2-1 blastoff. Looks like clear skies and so far so good.

Once, I was able to see the shuttle, without the aid of binoculars or a telescope. It was as announced on the local news, roughly 7am, clear sky, seems it was moving east to west, and that thing was really moving. Pretty cool and I was surprised that it could be seen during the day.

I saw Pigpen with the Dead at a free concert at Vanderbilt back in the 70s. Saw Keith & Donna with the Dead & JGB many times in the Bay Area. Saw Bruce with the Dead in Atlanta in the 80s. And saw Vince somewhere...Louisville, when the local police made massive raids on the parking lots and at the concerts. It's like playing bass for the ABB.
