I'm in a PPR league and was caught off guard by how many people picked up 2 or more QBs as early as they did in a 12 team league. I'm left with Ryan Tannehill and Marcus Mariota as my QBs. I have two bench positions that I think I can trade out for a QB, Austin Seferian-Jenkins and Rishard Matthews. I have 8 players on the bench and start 10, so a lot of players were taken. Would anyone take a flyer on Dak or RG III and why? Thanks for your thought!

Hi everyone, I took the Auction plunge last year and love it. Would like to only be part of Auctions drafts going forward I liked it so much! I however have a question about strategy. The first 5 players always seem to go for somewhere between 74 and 64 which is 10 to 20 higher than the cheatsheets show as the average bid. I realize that the cheatsheets show an average, but I've never seen the top 20 go for under the average, everyone is overpaying at the beginning of the draft. Has anyone else experienced this, and what strategy would you employ if you knew going in that everyone was spending money like crazy through at least the first 20 players offered? Hi all, I'll be hosting a live auction, maybe 2 depending on signup, in my neighborhood in a couple of weeks. Should I expect everyone to bring their laptops and we join a league that way, or do you use a separate tool/website to track the draft and manually input teams after the draft has been completed? I'm considering droppig Ruben Randle for Branden Coleman. League scoring is standard ESPN + .5 point per reception. League also starts 3WR instead of 2. What do y'all think? I was think Randle had some value, but with the way Eli plays, I'm not so sure?

I've been subscribing to theHuddle for years, even when I didn't play, just was too lazy to cancel the recharge charge. That said I like to customize my sheets and that was where the spreadsheet helped me in the past.. I'd like to look at some of the drafting software available, what would you recommend?

So does that mean no spreadsheet this year? I'm getting back into FF after many years off and remember using that spreadsheet. What alternatives are there to the spreadsheet?

In this case the team that gave up Jones Drew is making the playoffs... The league approved the first trade, so I put up a poll about allowing the trade with the team recieving Jones Drew dropping a player. The league approved this also, so the trade will go through.

I run a league through myfantasyleague and have a trade deadline of the 10th The league is a keeper league and allows trading of draft picks for next year. A trade was made to give up Marice Jone Drew for a 5 round pick next year (First redraft for most teams because rounds 1-3 must be keepers and 4 and 5 are optional) The trade did not go through because the team that was acquiring Jones did not have roster room. This happened on the 9th, the trade being rejected that is. So know the team acquiring the player has made roster room and I will complete the trade manually. Not sure if this will play in anyones opinion, but trade deadline is the 10 for this league. Now it gets fun. Marice Jones Drew was in the starting lineup of the team getting rid of Jones. The points counted on the scoring for the week. League rules allow changing lineup up until game time. Once game time starts all players with that starting time are locked. My question is should the points count for the team that is trading him away? (This could have playoff implications) Thanks for the advice.

OK. The strong team this year had Cadillac, Larry Johnson, and Ladanion. They dropped Cadillac because of league rules they can't keep him. So the question is this: Should I take Cadillac or Reggie Bush with the first pick. I know Cadillac is ranked higher, but I'm worried about his health, and believe Reggie has more upside. I also feel I have to much of a vested interest in the pick to make a objective one, so I'm trying to get opinions of others.

Hi, I have an 18 team keeper league that I placed last in last year. I have to keep 3 with 4 and 5 optional. You can keep only one player at each position and 1 wildcard keeper. If I keep only 3 I have the first pick, which I'm thinking Reggie Bush is the way to go. Scoring is a 6 for a td no matter throwing, running or passing. 1/10 of a point for yards for RB, WR, TE. QB 1/20 of a point for yards. My team and bye weeks are as follows: Warner, Kurt ARI QB - 9 Arrington, J.J. I've got a lot of tweeners. Keeping 3 is the only part that I'm sure of because of the rules. now the question is 2 RB and a WR or 2 WR and a RB. Since I get the first pick.. do you take Reggie in a keeper league or keep someone else on my team who is fairly strong. Thanks for the advice to a really confused man.

I had a live draft scheduled for tonight. Last person signed into the draft area today 3? hours before the draft. When I checked the league page an hour before the draft it said we were on autopick and the only way to get live draft is to pay 100 bucks and give the league the edge. Since this is a work league work is footing the 100 bucks so we signed up. Over an hour later and league still doesn't look to be the edge enabled. Did it switch to autodraft because the league wasn't full? Is there somewhere on ESPNs site that this is documented? Anyone else signup for ESPN edge league? How long before it became edge enabled? Posible solutions: Do I have a free live draft option I can use somewhere from someother website and import draft picks? Thanks, jb
