  1. I have been offered Mewelde Moore for Hines Ward. I have pretty deep WR but I am shaky at RB. I am currently 6-1 and I hate to rock the boat, but this seems like a good deal for me. I have listed my team below. Thanks for the help. QB: McNabb, Brunell WR: Ward, Housh, Boldin, Driver, Stallworth RB: Priest, L. Johnson, Julius Jones, Stephen Davis TE: Heap
  2. I like the deal b/c I like Culpepper but I recognize the risks in proposing it. Porter/Williams are pretty good WR and Green has been inconsistent but CPepp has only had one good game. I would be proposing the trade based on history. Plus, do I offer Porter or Williams? Is there a benefit to keeping one of those two? Thanks.
  3. I agree with everything except Jimmy Smith. I think Horn is a fantasy starter every week, assuming he is healthy.
  4. The deal works for you with Plax. He is far more productive than I thought he'd be and the Giants have a favorable schedule as well. I agree about Ronnie Brown and setting your sights higher than Clayton. Plus, there is no guarantee that Ricky will crack that lineup when he gets back if Brown continues to produce.
  5. I'd be concerned but if you have no other options then you have to start him. I don't consider LJ a viable alternative. If Martin is an alternative then I'd start him, even with the Jets QB situation, but if you need to start two RB's, then you have to go with Jones. I would certainly shop him and see who bites.
  6. Yeah, I'd probably make that move. I am inclined to say trade Jamal because Baltimore can't find the end zone at all and Carolina does not seem to have that problem, but if you can get Ward, I'd do it.
  7. I think it's worth the risk. Ahman Green is a proven talent and a starter. LJ is still just a backup. I'd pick him up.
  8. I am considering making a run at Culpepper. I've got Green as my QB (see team 1 below). The guy with Culpepper is 0-3 and needs a shakeup. I am thinking of offering Green and either Roy Williams or Jerry Porter for CPepp. Obviously the danger here is that Culpepper performs like he did in the first two weeks and I lose out on the deal. If I wait a week and Culpepper performs well, then he probably would not make the deal. Is it worth offering?
  9. I'd go after McGahee, although I would not trade McGahee for a package of Driver and Parker. But if you can get someone to bite, I'd go with McGahee.
  10. Tough decision. I think I'd keep Jordan but I don't really know why. You might want to look at strength schedule in upcoming games to make a decision. S. Jackson does have Faulk looking over his shoulder too.
  11. If you have Bulger, then I wouldn't trade Driver for Favre. There are plenty of QB's to pick up for a bye week. Besides, Favre has not looked all that good either.
  12. If you can only keep 3 RB's, then I'd go with either Ronnie Brown or Chris Brown. Moore played well, but I like the others better. Of those two, that's tough. Ronnie Brown has looked pretty good but there is always Ricky Williams lurking. I might go with Chris Brown.
  13. Correction: I have Driver in another league. I meant Harrison in the heading. Sorry!
  14. I"ve got a bit of a dilemma this week. I have to start 2 WR and a flex. Here are my options... Harrison at Tenn (this is a definite obviously) Porter vs. Dallas Housh vs. Houston Roy Williams at TB M. Moore at Atlanta Dallas got torn apart last week so I am inclined to start Porter even though he hasn't been all that great this year. Housh and Williams are question marks to me and Moore had a great week last week and Atlanta gave up 140 yards rushing to McGahee. Thoughts?
