Yes, I know I shouldn't have benched Brees - wasn't trying to put the blame on huddle. It was one of those stupid moves that most of us do at one point or another where you know what you should do, but then after reading or hearing something - you make a boneheaded move trying to chase that "perfect matchup" that you just SURE you'll net some extra points off of. I probably could have worded my original post better - basically my intent was to show off my colossal stupidity by letting someone elses predictions impact what I knew the right choice to make. Anyone here that hasn't made the same sort of move during their FF years probably hasn't played very long or should be a GM for an NFL team. Heck, if Ted Thompson can get a job being GM for the Packers, any decent FF player is equally qualified.

S3 Brees puts up 4 TD's and 369 yds S2 Favre only 3 TD's and 278 yds Good ol S1 "Start em if you got him" Hasslebeck stunk up the field. /sigh .. I should know better, started Brees all year except for this week because of the predictions.

Perhaps you didn't bother looking at the time the original post happened... easy to look 6hrs later and see the news, there was no info anywhere during game time when it happened.

Man, I wouldn't touch a bet on the Vikings/Bears games for anything - 3 pts makes this a far cry from a lock of the week. It's only due to NFL rules that both teams can't lose, you've got 2 crap teams who have all kinds of problems going on playing for position in the worst conference in the NFL. IMO - stay far away from this bet.
