So for the first time in 12 years, one of our managers can't make the draft, and I'm wondering if you guys have any idea on the best way to approach the situation. I'm not very thrilled at the prospect of having to call him every round and list who's been taken, but I guess I will if that's my only option. Any ideas? We use Yahoo for our league if that makes a difference. Thanks amigos.

Yeah I'm looking at these rosters and I'm not seeing many guys that are keeper-worthy... We require three keepers; maybe I just require two from these teams and give them each a pre-official-draft draft pick to supplement their teams?

In my 12 team keeper league (I am not the Commish), three owners (one of which is the Commish) are quitting the league for good. This league is 14 years strong, so I am contemplating taking over as Commish, but I am unsure as to how I handle finding owners for the three open teams. Obviously, three new owners would have to acquire these three franchises, but how do I fairly assign which manager gets which franchise? There are obvious player quality differences...first come first served?

I started my season 0-4, then clawed back into the playoff hunt by way of Derrick Masons monster game against Houston...skated into the playoffs by .94. To lose this way is just cruel and unusual.

Right? They are about even, but Rice plays 7 teams in the lowest third of the NFL in regards to rushing yards allowed...then again, if I retain Rice, come week 8 I'll be starting Deangelo Williams AND Jonathan Stewart against the Rams to fill my two RB spots.
