  1. Put it in the oven on 125-150 for a few hours. Take it out and let it and the oven cool. Do it again. Repeat up to 3 times. It works. Just did this over the summer after someone pushed me into a pool and I had my phone in my pocket. Guy at the Verizon store told me to do it. Oh, of course, take the battery out first.
  2. No, it's not. It's about the survivors, and how they act/react towards eachother after virtually everyone is wiped out. The zombies are just a backdrop as per the comics, in which the show is based upon.
  3. I don't believe you. You're gonna have to prove it by showing the pics.
  4. Count me in for this as well. Love the stuff.
  5. I like to laugh at movies without the aid of a mind enhancing substance. Why would you need that to laugh? The way you and others talk, this movie is funny without the need of drugs/alcohol. Right?
  6. I do miss a sweet ### ride, but I like saving $200/month on gas, $150/month on payment, and $30/month on insurance. Frees some nice money up to do alot of stuff.
  7. Meh, like I said, I had my fun with my vehicles. Needed something on the cheap/reliable side, and got it. All my other vehicles were over 30 grand new and eventually all had mechanical problems anyways. Plus its nice to fill the tank up for $30 now instead of $80 each week.
  8. Oh yeah, while I test drove the Optima, I also tested the Forte. Not nearly as nice as the Optima.
  9. My buddy owns an Optima, its about 4 or 5 years old or so. I've driven it and it is surprisingly smooth and fun to drive. He's never had any issues with it. He has over 100k on it already. So after looking/test driving about 6 or 7 cars last year, I decided to buy an Optima. It's been great so far. I went through my flashy vehicle stage (Mustang, Charger), and my SUV stage (Explorer, Trailblazer) and all I wanted was something to get me from point A to Point B reliably and safe, and with a nice warranty, with good gas mileage I got all of that. I was as shocked as anyone when I test drove it. Surprisingly nice. Nicer than my friends 5 year old Optima. Wasn't even in my top 5 I was looking for at the time. But it sold me, and I did alot of research on Kia (along with some other companies I was looking at). Yes, they have come a long way.
  10. Short sales are longer than your typical sale. Are you the seller or the buyer? if you are the seller, and get an offer (knowing it is a short sale), you can always decline. Sometimes the bank will "cover" what you owe, sometimes they won't. Depends on how much is owed among other things. ETA: If you are a buyer, no the asking number is not firm, you can "bid" on it. But if you know others are making offers (bidding), you might want to stick close to what they are asking. Possibly even go OVER the asking price by a little. All depends on the position of the seller. If they want to get out quickly, they might go lower. If they can wait a bit, go higher. Chances are with a short sale the seller will have to take another note out with the bank, and they may not like/be able to afford to do that even. So I've heard it's smart to stick close to the asking price.
  11. His wife is decent looking. link link link link
  12. Band of Brothers. Any of the episodes.
  13. We all have heard and we all realize how true this phrase has been over the years: "Defense wins Championships". Give me the Steelers.
  14. I got divorced. Talk about a boatload of savings with no wife around.
