  1. I have both on my bench and I'm considering using Bryant not Colston this week. Colston will get you at least 60 yards and maybe a TD. Bryant is on fire and the Cowboys might as well give him the ball as much as possible. Good matchups for both buy I say Dez.
  2. My RBs are Turner, McCoy and Benson. Benson was horrendous last week, might have a bad toe but has a great matchup. McCoy is hurting with a tough matchup but he's been great all year. Turner is going against a good St Louis run D and Atlanta showed against Baltimore that they will abandon the run. Dez is hot and has just been sitting there on my bench (TO and Calvin J are my starters). Do I start him at W/R this week and, if so, which RB do I bench? Note: this is a standard scoring league, no PPR.
  3. After not being used last week, I say he really goes off vs. the lowly Bengals. What do you think?
  4. They all have good match-ups but I am leaning towards Slaton, as I think he has the best chance to really blow up. But initially I was thinking Perry. What do you think?
  5. It seems likely that Sean Taylor was murdered bv a few f-ups who were looking to make a score at a rich athlete's home. Considering that hardly anybody even knew he was home, this is not exactly shocking. To call the media shameless in their speculation regarding his death is quite charitable. As someone with a journalism degree, I am completely disgusted by these so-called professionals. He was probably the most talented defensive player to come out in the past decade. But more importantly, he should be remembered as a man who died protecting his family.
  6. Depends how much you need Roy. But I see the Pats becoming more balanced down the stretch. Brady will continue with big numbers but probably not at the same pace, especially in the last few games.
  7. Welks In the absence of Moss, Stallworth might be a monster for the Pats. But he'll be very inconsistent as long as Randy is the #1. Watson's injury does help his chances ths week, however.
  8. I'm leaning toward Gore and Portis, but I'm not sure if that's just Cane loyalty. Jordan was on fire before he got hurt.
  9. At this point, what is SA worth to a struggling team? I offerred a guy in a must-win situation Deshaun Foster for him. Normally, that would be laughable, but I have no idea when, if ever, SA will come back this season (Madden Curse). Any thoughts on his value, right now, in week 10?
  10. I've been happy with Vick for the most part this year, but Leinart has a great matchup this week. I'm leaning toward Vick even against the steel curtain. What do you think?
  11. Ben Watson is a freakish athlete, as evidenced by his running down of Champ Bailey, but he will not get enough looks in the Pats offense to become a Gates or Gonzalez. I think that's what makes the Pats so good--you never know who is going to have a big game. Watson will probably have 3-4 huge games but also have many where he spends most of his time blocking.
  12. I have a friend who stole and crashed a car while nude in Tokyo. At least the man was in his own country and driving his own vehicle!
  13. Pre-injury, KWII was a force. If he is healthy, I think he could put up Gates-like numbers--if he's in the right system. Those are a couple of big ifs.....but I think he'll at least be a top 5 TE this year. In college he was a far better talent than Shockey who is doing quite well.
  14. Maroney, Elam and Roy Williams are on both of my teams.
