How do you come across the number 948? Kinda random

The officer even said that he doubted that he was "drunk" or under the influence of alcohol, im just saying that the effects of xanax wouldnt make you act the way David Boston was. He clearly was on some drug, vicodin, percocet, who knows, but im saying it wasnt xanax. It doesnt matter what tests the officer made him do, if those tests are requied for the officer to perform and are being recorded possibly to be reviewed by his boss to make sure hes doing his job right then what do you care? Its obvious he was on something seeing he had to be explained the tests numerous times and decided to ranomly walk away. He was late on all his responses and had Sega! balance on the test while lifting his leg.

He wouldnt have been acting like that if it was Xanax.

Of course he is on something, the guy tried walking away randomly in the middle of the tests, the cop explains one test to him about 10 times and he still doesnt understand what to do, then he couldnt balance worth of crap while raising one leg. Although I do think the cop was a little excessive with his testing but for all we know these tapes get reviewed by his boss and he was just trying to covor all the tests that they are told to do in this situation. Also with the fact that he has David Boston in custody he knew there is a 100% chance that tape would be reviewed by his superior, that would be my guess as to why he was so excessive in the testing.

Ok now Im thinking in terms of my first round pick here in this keeper league which is 1.6, there will be backs available when the draft starts such as Portis, McGhee, Maroney, Jamal Lewis, Edge, Cedric Benson, Cadillac, Addai, Ronnie Brown and possibly Jones-Drew, now given those being the top 10 backs available (Jacobs will be too, not sure where you guys rate him w/o tiki) how would you rank them, maybe just the top 5, any responses would be great.

I know that, if it was the case of lt2 or sj someone in their class then I wouldnt have asked. Since Bush isnt there yet I figured id throw the question out there, thanks for the advice guys.
