I think you go with the hot hands, and start Meachem. He's at home, and you have to expect this game to turn into a shoot out. With the Vikings right behind the Saints, it's going to force them to play, and play well.

I drafted R. Moss in my 12 team league, which uses 2 WR's, 2 RB's, and a Flex each week, and thus far, Moss has only prevented me from scoring big points in 2 different weeks by starting him (I. Bruce this past week & Jones-Drew last week). Do I keep tempting myself by keeping him on my roster, or do I drop him for a 3rd string WR or RB option (i.e. Greg Lewis - PHI or Vernon Haynes - PIT; two of the best free agents available in my league right now)?
