  1. Thanks for the advice everyone. I spoke with both of the managers who made the questionable waiver moves. They are picking RG3 and Brown back up and dropping players that will have less of an impact on the playoffs. I contacted the rest of my league informing them of what happened, so that anyone who had put in a waiver claim on those players would understand. Everyone was coll with the idea, so it worked out in the end. I'm definitely going to need to clarify waiver rules and how they apply to the playoffs after this season is over.
  2. In the 12 team keeper league that I'm the commissioner of, we start our playoffs this week. Two teams who are not in the playoffs anymore made waiver moves that might effect the outcome of our playoffs. One team just dropped RG3 to pick up Cobb as a potential keeper next season (he still has Rivers and Foles at QB), and another team dropped Donald Brown to take a gamble on T Williams as a late round keeper. My question is, as commissioner, should I allow these players to be available on the waiver wire considering they could improve some positions for teams that are in the playoffs or should I put RG3 and Brown back on their original teams rosters and send a note to the league reminding them that if they aren't in the playoffs, that hy shouldn't drop players of that value?
  3. Thanks for the advice everyone. I countered his offer and proposed T Smith for RIce.
  4. In my 12 team 0.5ppr league, I was sent a trade offer, I would give up Gordon and get Rice. We start 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, and 1 RB/WR/TE flex. Gordon has been gold thi season, but his schedule gets a bit more difficult the rest of the way. Should I make the trade, or counter with something like T Smith for RIce? My team is listed below in my signature.
  5. In my 0.5ppr league, should I even consider trading Foster to get CJ?K? Foster is gimpy and might miss some games while CJ?K has one of the easiest remaining schedules for RBs.
  6. In my 12 team 0.5 ppr league I only have room to staff one of these WRs. Which player do you fell has the most upside? V Brown Thompkins Dobson Sanu Streater Hill Holmes Wheaton Broyles Post a link and I'll answer your questions as well.
  7. In my 12 team league I was just offered a trade where I would give up D Williams and I would receive Shorts. It's a 0.5 ppr league. We start 2 RBs, 3 WRs, and a RB/WR/TE flex spot. My team is listed in my signature below. What do you all think of this trade?
  8. Cook should have been drafted. Gates might put up a top 12 season. Cook will put up a top 6 season.
  9. I agree with everyone else, don't make this trade. Miller might put up a solid year and Jones will probably not do as well as he did last season, but I doubt you're going to start Miller over T Rich, Forte or Ridley.
  10. We start 1 QB, 2 RBs, 3 WRs, 1 TE, 1 R/W/T Flex.
  11. I'm loving the KC D this season. The weren't as bad as people thought they were last year and that was with Cassel turning over the ball like he played for the other team. This year the O will have better ball control, KC upgraded a few of their defensive players and they get to play OAK twice, SD twice, JAX, BUF, and TEN.
  12. In my 12 team league, I was offered a trade where I give up Thompkins and I get Tate. Since I have Foster, is this a good trade? My entire team is listed below. We get 0.5 points per reception and 1 point per 25 return yards.
  13. I have Ryan in both of the leagues that I'm in the Semi-Finals. I just read that White is a game time decision. In one league I have Big Ben vs @DAL and in another league I have Freeman vs @NO as my back up QBs. If White sits do I bench Ryan?
  14. I have Mario Williams vs SEA, Julius Peppers vs GB, and Mathis vs @HOU all available for my 1 DL spot. Which is the better start this week? Here's my scoring system: Defensive Players League Value Tackle Solo 1.5 Tackle Assist 0.5 Sack 3 Interception 3 Fumble Force 2 Fumble Recovery 2 Defensive Touchdown 6 Safety 4 Pass Defended 1 Block Kick 4
  15. The way I look at it, your choice is really between Britt and Shorts. Both are boom or bust players. Shorts has been more consistent before his injury and so I would probably lean a little towards him, but I think Britt is finally coming back to form and I'm starting him in all of the leagues I have him in. Good luck this weekend.
