  1. Chester Taylor is currently on the wire. AP owner has not handcuffed him all year. I'm currently going to be the #1 seed heading into the playoffs and I'm thing about thinking about adding him for the off chance AP goes down or they decide to limit his carries considerably down the stretch. I'm grasping at straws here because while I'm the #1 seed, I don't think I have the horses to take it all the way without a quality #2 RB. Barber and P. Thomas are so hit and miss. What do ya'll think. Roster C Palmer M Hasleback R Rice P Thomas M Barber W Welker A Bolden M Alston D Mason A Gates
  2. Clenched Last week at 8-3 in my main local. Won Div and will get a 1st round bye. Still waiting to see if I will be #1 overall, big night from Welker should do it. Don't really think I have the Horses to take it all the way without some luck but we will see.... QB- Palmer, Hassleback RB- P. Thomas, Rice, Barber WR- Welker, M Alston, Bolden, D. Mason TE- Gates IR- Fred Taylor
  3. Ok TEN, put Johnson and Slaton on lock-down.
  4. The Huddles projections helped make this decision a little easier too. For whatever that worth....
  5. I agree, 95% of the time I think you play the best match-up. In this case I think it's the right play.
  6. I'm currently leading by 35.5 points with my kicker yet to play. My opponent has Slaton and Andre Johnson. A win gets me the division and a 1st round bye. Anybody ever make roster moves to counter a h2h opponent? I purposely dropped Ten's kicker and picked up Kris Brown yesterday to try and counter Hou offensive production. I figure that drops any Slaton/Johnson TD down to 5 points. I'm on the fence about weather this is a good play or not but if the game happened to be a blow out it just might push me over the edge. I've made similar moves in the past, matching my Qb with my opponents WR, even if it was not the best match-up. Anybody here ever make similar moves??
  7. I agree, Slaton has the greater upside. The Dallas thing is a mess, as a Barber owner I feel your pain...
  8. I know Welker has been an absolute stud but the Jets are down right tough vs. the pass this year. Auston vs. the Skins is no piece of cake either. Mason has the best match-up but I just don't know if I can sit Welker. May be over thinking things here...
  9. I was going to sit PT and start Betts or Barber but now I think PT may go for 120 and 2. Thoughts?
  10. I routinely screw up my #1 pick but still end up dominating my league. I knew LT was a risk but at #7 but thought he was worth it. Turns out he was not, I got what I could for him and moved on.
  11. I drafted him #6 overall and immediately regretted it. I was lucky enough to unload him and Sproles for P Thomas a few weeks ago before he really went in the tank. Trade: LT, Sproles, Sims-Walker, & Bowe for P Thomas & Bolden Both are going to help we win my 3rd championship in 6 years...
  12. I'm up 27, I have Thomas and he has Bell. I'm thinking he will need 35 from Bell to have a shot.
