  1. Week 7, who to start?? Ronnie Brown NE Earnest Graham @Det Standard scoring, no PPR.
  2. In standard scoring format, I need to start 3 (no PPR) Marques Colston Atl Derrick Mason @ Buf Calvin Johnson TB Reggie Brown Chi Santonio Holmes @ Den Pick em! Thanks
  3. Starting LJ this week against Jax, but behind him, a decision. Ronnie Brown @ Hou - or - Sammy Morris Cle I'd be tempted to play Morris over Brown ONLY if Maroney is benched again this week. What do you think?
  4. I'm getting cold feet about Larry Johnson at home against the Vikings. My only 2 other options are Ronnie Brown (at Jets) and MJD (at Denver). Should I bench LJ for either of the 2, or stick with the stud against that monstrous run D?
  5. Ronnie Brown (@ Jets) or Thomas Jones ( at home vs. Miami, obviously)? Who's the better start at RB this week in standard scoring leagues?
  6. Standard scoring format Larry Johnson at home against the Vikings; stifling run defense, but Larry is set to go off at some point. Thomas Jones at home against Miami; another good defense, but looks shaky. TJ is definitely in the featured back driver's seat for NYJ (26 carries against Baltimore last week), and his calf injury appears to be behind him. Who's the better start this week?
  7. Start any 3, standard scoring format Marques Colston @ TB Calvin Johnson Minn Javon Walker Oak Santonio Homes Buff
  8. Start any 3, standard scoring format Marques Colston @ TB Calvin Johnson Minn Javon Walker Oak Santonio Homes Buff
  9. I'll speak out as a resident New England-er. "If you ain't cheatin', you ain't winnin'" This should be the Pats locker room slogan from now on. To think they could beat a team like Indy without cheating; absolute nonsense. Don't think for a minute this hasn't been going on for years. You'll see a different team for the rest of this year, now that they're out of the other team's defensive huddles. Belichick should be coaching middle school football for the rest of his life.
  10. Sorry, friend. Leftwich was never there, and I'm surprised del RIo took this long to realize it. But, I guess I shouldn't be; this is the same coach that starts Fred Taylor over MJD, and abandons the running game when it's the only legitimate offensive weapon they have. If del Rio loses his job at the end of the season, THAT will be the next best chance for the Jags to make the playoffs next year.
  11. I agree, but Barber's TD potential will be somewhat neutralized by that Miami D.
  12. Jones will likely play, but his chances of a great game this week are hampered by his lingering calf injury and the small, pesky problem of playing against the best defense in the NFL this week. AP gets nothing unless Benson breaks down -- it could happen, but doubtful against that soft defense. Chatman still losing the timeshare percentage to Ronnie Brown and he is coming off of knee injury also. Looks like Jones is your man, hopefully Ray Lewis and Ed Reed are still smarting from last week's thumper.
  13. Why is it that everyone seems to be terrifed of using LJ against the Bears because they shut down LT last week? It was the first game of the season, RB's are trying to hit their stride. You gotta play LJ, and every week.....recall that Ronnie Brown (yes, the underachiever from Miami himself) torched the Bears on the ground last season. Herm's going to make sure the rock is in LJ's hands often this week, and if a TD is coming KC's way, it will be LJ's; Gonzo is a has been tight end who's seen better days.
  14. Calvin Johnson at home vs. Minnesota or Santonio Holmes at home vs. Buffalo Standard scoring format, and I also have Kitna starting at QB this week. My other receivers are Colston @ TB and Javon Walker at home against Oakland. Would either Holmes or Johnson make a good sub this week for either of those two as well?
